2 Ivan Menezes President, Diageo North America; Chairman, Diageo Asia Pacific; Chairman, Diageo Latin America & Caribbean (India born) Appointed president, North America in January 2004, overseeing operations in North America. In 2008, Ivan was also appointed Chairman of Asia Pacific and in 2011 was additionally appointed Chairman, Latin America & Caribbean. Ivan is a member of the Global Executive Committee. He also sits on the board of directors of Coach Worked across a variety of sales, marketing and strategy roles with Whirlpool in Europe, Booz Allen & Hamilton in North America and Nestle in Asia Johnnie Walker Black Label on the Rocks 2

3 Peter McDonough Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer Leadership of our talented North team responsible for Brand Marketing & Innovation strategy as well as the annual marketing programs and new product pipeline Before being appointed Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, Peter was General Manager Innovation, Diageo USA. Prior to joining Diageo Peter held a number of senior marketing roles including; Head of North Marketing, Gillette Grooming Products; Head of European Marketing, Duracell Batteries & Braun Appliances; and U.S. Marketing Director, Black & Decker/ Dewalt Power Tools. Smith Executive Vice President, Corporate Relations Responsible for government, communications, CSR, reputation management, and crisis management Special Assistant to the President-The White House; VP Corporate Affairs; Philip Morris Global, VP Corporate Affairs-The Seven-Up Company; Director, Corporate Affairs-Miller Brewing Company; Press Secretary to the Mayor, Knoxville, TN Liquid originating from distillation or fermentation process, but especially Jeremiah Weed! 4

5 Larry Schwartz President, Diageo USA Larry oversees Diageo s U.S. spirits, beer and wine business, managing the sales, marketing and overall performance of a wide array of world-class brands including Smirnoff, Crown Royal, Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Jose Cuervo, Baileys, BV and Sterling Vineyards Larry joined Diageo in 2001 as President of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, an acquired business of Diageo. In September 2008, and was appointed to his current role as President, Diageo USA That would be like saying who your favourite child is (thankfully I just have one!). Anything Diageo makes is my favourite. 5

6 David Gosnell Managing Director, Global Supply and Global Procurement British David has responsibility for manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and technical innovation as well as Diageo s 3 billion or so global supply spend. ( 4 billion spend for Demand & Supply). David leads a team of around 9,000 people globally, all of whom are involved in the manufacture and supply of Diageo products. He is responsible for Diageo s worldwide supply chain delivering to over 180 markets around the world from over 100 production facilities located in 32 counties David spent 20 years with Heinz in many different roles Tanqueray and Tonic 6

7 Nick Blazquez President, Diageo Africa British Nick heads Diageo s businesses in Africa where he is responsible for driving broad-based growth for Diageo and its supporting communities Previously headed Diageo s businesses in Asia. Nick joined Diageo in 1989 and has since held various roles in both developed and developing markets When travelling - a cold Diageo beer When at home - Johnnie Walker Black Label on the Rocks 7

9 Mark Hubler President, Wines and Spirits Open States & National Accounts Leads entire US Spirits Open States & National Account businesses for Diageo North America Joined Diageo 12 years ago with over 20 years experience in the beverage industry. Previously led Diageo s Control States and Mid South Cluster with sales, local marketing and financial responsibilities. Before joining Diageo, held senior level roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Quaker Oats Beverage (Gatorade & Snapple) and Seagram Johnnie Walker Red on the Rocks 9

10 Peter Carr Glazer s, Executive Vice President, Diageo Moët Hennessy Responsible and accountable for Glazer's business performance with Diageo and Moet Hennessy USA throughout the country. Oversees a corporate team dedicated to Diageo and Moet Hennessy, as well as Glazer s in-market Diageo and Moet Hennessy teams Prior to joining Glazer s, Pete was President U.S. Spirits Open States for Diageo. Carr has more than 20 years of experience in the beverage industry, which includes senior management roles as President of Diageo-Guinness USA (DGUSA), and Diageo s President of Control States. Pete began his career in Chicago as a sales representative for Romano Brothers Beverage Company, and has worked in many areas of the beverage business, ranging from Trade Marketing Manager on Smirnoff Vodka, to launching Red Bull in the United States 10

11 Greg Armstrong President, Control States US Spirits & Wine Leads the selling organization across 18 Control states in the US for Spirits and Wine, representing $800 million in net sales Greg has 27 years of experience with Diageo and has held a number of senior roles in the North business. He has served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Central Cluster, Division Vice President for Texas, Regional Manager Midwest and as a Sales Manager in Massachusetts Bulleit Bourbon on the Rocks 11

12 Bob Swartz Southern Wines and Spirits - Executive Vice President and General Manager Executive Vice President and General Manager responsible for the leadership and operation of the SWS North Wine and Spirits Brokerage business serving Diageo and Moët Hennessy across the 18 control markets 23 years of progressive, cross-functional expertise in senior leadership roles in general management, human resources, and sales and marketing. Working with the world s leading wine and spirits marketers, including Diageo, Terlato Wines International, Allied Domecq PLC, Seagram Americas and Stirrings. Prior to joining Southern, Swartz served as Vice President-Global Advantage at Diageo where he led a global cross-functional project team in the design and deployment of a first-of-its-kind planning, training and results measurement tool for sales. Prior to joining Diageo he was the President and CEO of Stirrings LLC 12

13 Shelia Stanziale President, Diageo Guinness USA Joined Diageo North America in 2010 to lead the company s $.6M beer business. In this role, Sheila has full responsibility for the beer portfolio P&L and oversees all functional aspects of the business Sheila joined Diageo with a 25 year track record in CPG and Foodservice. Prior to Diageo, she held senior leadership roles in Sales, Operations and General Management with Pepsico, Nabisco and General Mills Ketel One Martini, Dirty 13
