Our cluster is also split between multiple state of the art data centres, each able to operate completely independently, and they can even run for 7 days powered by diesel generators in the event of a total power failure. Active Monitoring Our private hosting cluster is actively monitored day & night. Flexible You can upgrade your hosting package easily with a minimal downtime. This can be done during your contract period or even temporarily in-line with promotional activity or seasonal sales. We will also monitor your sites overall performance and proactively recommend upgrades to make sure your sites running at its best. Whilst we do monitor bandwidth usage, but do not give specific limitations. If your site does use more bandwidth then we would normally expect for your package we might ask you to upgrade the package.

5 Continuous Back-Up Our secure back-up system automatically creates 10 incremental restore points continuously, day and night. 7 daily back-ups and 4 weekly back-ups are also retained on a rolling basis. We also go a little further; we regularly test the integrity of the backup data to make sure it will all work properly when you need it the most. Emergency Reboot & Restore In the event of a critical issue with the hosting environment, we will reboot your sites instance, and if necessary, we will restore from the latest back up. We will do this as quickly as possible and with minimal fuss. We will of course investigate the cause of the problem and advise you of what actions are required to prevent a future reoccurrence. If our review determines the cause of the fault to be anything other than our hosting environment (E.G. Admin user errors or site application faults) the fix will be reviewed in line with your current Support level. Through the use of Jenkins / Git Repository a simple deployment process can push new functional enhancements live with minimal risk and downtime. 8 Client Examples The British Council schoolsonline.britishcouncil.org Manchester Central The British Council engaged CTI to critically appraise, improve and extend their existing ISA online service based on Drupal 6. The ISA provides an accreditation scheme for UK and international schools. The ISA project aim is form relationships between local and international schools to stimulate aspirations of quality and encourage mutual support. Concerns existed around the usability of the service and The British Council wanted to roll out to new territories overseas. This required careful consideration of foreign languages, 2nd world Internet connectivity and varying levels of computer literacy. NHS Primary Care Commissioning PCC focuses on primary care performance and improvement for the NHS. Due to the extensive reform PCC has to new compete for budget allocations from the PCT s and Commissioners. The project involves migrating and merging data from the two existing sites into a single site focused on delivering a professional accessible user experience. The site features a number of engagement opportunities with clear calls to action, which will give an escalating conversion funnel. British Land British Land owns and manages a portfolio of properties worth 16.9 billion. The business has grown rapidly via the acquisition of many shopping centre properties each typically having a web presence founded on different CMS. This fragmentation was hampering British Land s capacity achieve their business objectives and progress was proving costly. CTI were commissioned to harmonise 61 shopping centre sites onto a single Drupal 7 platform. A suite of features were required, some centres needed some, others all. The solution needed to allow the rapid roll out further sites as the business continues to acquire additional properties. Travelodge CTI Digital was introduced to Travelodge by a technical consultant to the company. Our initial remit was to assist in the migration of certain key web assets from their legacy PHP system to a new Drupal 7 platform. Emphasis was placed on page load times since the Travelodge site experiences extraordinary spike in traffic during peak times. Business pressures relating to the shareholders AGM dictated a particularly tight time frame following an Agile methodology. CTI Digital s developers trained the existing Drum development team in the Drupal framework. Subsequently we worked in partnership to deliver this large scale Drupal implementation. Professional Contractors Group PCG is a not-for-profit association that represents supports and promotes freelancers, consultants and contractors in the UK. The project is to replace the current membership management system with an integrated, flexible customer relationship management (CRM) system for us by everyone in the organisation and its members.
