I-trax CHD Meridian President & Chief Medical Officer Responsible for the Strategy, Research, New Product Development and Clinical Management for the leading provider of outsourced workplace health centers in the US. I-trax had a clinical community of over 1500 clinicians serving nearly 300 workplace health centers for nearly 100 blue chip clients when it was purchased by Walgreens. After joining the leadership team, the company enjoyed annualized revenue growth of approximately 20% and a quadrupling of its stock price at sale. (AMEX:DMX) General Electric Global Medical Leader Led a network of 240 on-site medical clinics mostly associated with manufacturing sites in 29 countries and Puerto Rico. These sites saw 1 million ambulatory visits annually and were manned by more than 600 clinicians. Responsibilities included execution of executive health, regulatory compliance and occupational medical surveillance, travel care, emergency preparedness, quality management, preventive health, ehealth and global initiatives to support the more than 330,000 employees and their families worldwide.

Senior Corporate Medical Director of Aetna e-health Activities September 2000 August 2002 Integrated the diverse efforts of medical management, data warehousing and web-based activities into products such as Provider Website and InteliHealth. Executive Sponsor of Aetna Navigator with interventional tool set to provide an entertaining member experience and guidance to obtain all their healthcare carrier has to offer. Participated in February 2001 launch of MedUnite Bi-coastal Pilot as sole physician contributor. This project provided a virtual network for hundreds of doctors in California, New York and Connecticut and allowed for Web-based transactions across seven large payers. Clinical leader of US Quality Algorithms, the Aetna wholly-owned subsidiary with a $35 million budget and four tetra bytes of information. Chief Medical Officer of InteliHealth January 2000 August 2002 Provided clinical leadership to award-winning health content website with over one million unique viewers monthly, and over 400 content distribution partners. Recorded highest month of viewship during tenure (March, 2000) Received second Webby Award People s Choice (May, 2000) Responsible for founding membership in HI Ethics and spearheaded effort to achieve substantial compliance to Principles of HI Ethics. Performance exceeded contractual targets resulting in an additional year s worth premium pay out in the first three years of the unit s existence. US Healthcare A national leader in managed healthcare, highly regarded for its high quality, cost-effective, consumeroriented services. Sold to Aetna for $9 billion in 1996 at that point it was serving more than 4 million members in 12 states and the District of Columbia. Vice President-Corporate Medical Director-Managed Care Coordinators Provided medical direction to this Aetna US Healthcare subsidiary, which provides benefit administration assistance to multiple-state and national business clients, including coordination of health care coverage across a national network of managed care entities. Developed HMO Assessment Program that was a precursor and a contributing effort to the NCQA accreditation process. Vice President Corporate Quality Assessment Medical Director 1995 Spearheaded all quality improvement activities including successful Full NCQA Accreditation of several HMO plans, the early development of our Credentialing Verification Organization and enhancing our member survey and chart audit efforts.
