2 3 Type of Postings on JobsCentral BrightMinds JobsCentral BrightMinds is a dedicated section of JobsCentral created and run specifically for the purpose of helping employers reach the graduating cohorts from Singapore's tertiary institutions. 3 Frequently Asked Questions How can I post on campus portals? As long as you have an account with JobsCentral, you will have the option to post on the campus portals (subjected to relevancy of positions). You will need to register your interest for JobsCentral BrightMinds only if you will like to find out more about the JobsCentral BrightMinds package. Are there costs involved? All account registration with JobsCentral is free. There is no cost or commitment involved. Fees will only apply should you take up a package to post premium / paid jobs (basic jobs are free). We will follow up to understand your recruitment needs so as to better customize a package for you. What are the packages available? JobsCentral BrightMinds will serve as your consultant and will customize a package based on your requirements. Channels may include job postings to database mining to publicity elements including ers and print advertisements, depending on your budget and objectives. 3

4 Employer Registration - To access the registration page, please visit or click on the Employer tab from the desired campus portal. - If you have an account with us (regardless JobsCentral or JobsCentral BrightMinds), please use the login feature. If not, please register an account. - All account registration with JobsCentral is free. There is no cost or commitment involved. Fees will only apply should you take up a package to post premium / paid jobs (basic jobs are free). Access here if you are - JobsCentral BrightMinds employers - JobsCentral employers without JobsCentral BrightMinds Package (login here for quick registration for JobsCentral BrightMinds) Access here if you are - New employers without any account with JobsCentral 4

5 Registration of account with us is free. This is not a confirmation of packages. - Login here if you have an existing JobsCentral employer account. Register again should you be keen to consider the premium BrightMinds posting package. - If you fail to receive the confirmation , please download the form and send via . - Download the handbook to understand a bit more about the platform + posting procedures. - Please indicate your needs so that we can propose relevant services that addresses your requirements. - Basic posting with limited features is free. Please select this field. - A summary table has been provided for easy comparison of features for the different packages. 5

6 Notes on Registration Why is Business Registration Number necessary? All businesses registered as employers must have already registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore (ACRA) with a valid Business Registration No. What happens after my online registration? For all new registration, our customer service staff will may contact you to verify your application prior to activation of your account. Please allow up to three working days for this process. Once account is activated, an containing login information will be sent to the address used for the application. You can then proceed to login and post basic job advertisements or draft premium jobs (will be live if you have credits). I have a JobsCentral account but I am interested to take up the premium package that gets more branding on the campus portals. How can I go about doing it? Please drop us an at brightminds@jobscentral.com.sg and we will follow up with your interest shortly. JobsCentral reserves the right to suspend or delete company accounts without notice. 6

7 Employer Module - Dashboard Employer Module - JobsCentral Employer Module - JobsCentral BrightMinds You will be able to post jobs to campus portal from either module. The only difference is on the priority on the jobs. From the dashboard, you will be able to locate the breakdown of your credits usage and posting statuses. - Regardless of which module you log in to, you will be able to visit the other module by clicking on these top tabs - If you do not have access to the module, you will be prompt to indicate your interest. There will be no charges for this action. 7

8 Employer Module Job Posting Post BrightMinds premium job Post JobsCentral paid job Post JobsCentral free basic job You will be able to post jobs to campus portal from either module. The only difference is on the priority on the jobs. Kindly refer to page 2 for a quick comparison on the entitlement difference. Below is the breakdown of the segments on the JobsCentral BrightMinds premium page and will feature more fields than the other two types of posting. 8

9 Employer Module Post Premium / Paid Job ( JobsCentral BrightMinds / JobsCentral ) This is the section to input the job title and description. Job Excerpt serves as a quick summary of your position to jobseekers. You can highlight the key points here. This is the section to update the specifications of the position to facilitate matching. This is the section to select the criteria so as to filter your applicants to both Passed / Failed pool. To live your job, please select the Active option. If your account is pending approval, you will only be able to select Draft. 9

10 You are able to select the job start date. The expiry date is tied to either your credit type or package. You are able to set the schedule of when the job will refresh. Refreshed job will appear at start of listing until newer jobs comes along. You can also opt for autoscheduling. JobsCentral BrightMinds package comes with customised microsite design. Before launch, it will use the default template. 10

11 Employer Module Post Basic Job ( JobsCentral ) - To post the basic job advertisement, please access the Manage Jobs page and select the link from the bottom right. - If you are unable to locate the field, your access to post free jobs may have not have been activated. Do check the eligibility as listed below, and drop us an to enquiry@jobscentral.com.sg so that we can investigate accordingly. - Please refer to page 9 and 10 for descriptions of fields when posting jobs. Kindly note that some fields may not be applicable for basic jobs. Click here to post a basic job advertisement Notes on Posting Basic Jobs Who is eligible to post basic job? Kindly note that basic job posting service is only applicable for direct employers in general. Insurance agencies, recruitment agencies, property agencies, tuition agencies, direct marketing firms, MLMs and overseas companies will not be entitled to this service. I am unable to locate this section from Manage Jobs page.
