15 Una storia di successo: Colnago Colnago Ernesto & C, a bicycle manufacturer in Cambiago, Italy, improves internal management better supports its resellers and makes business information accessible up to 30 percent faster from mobile devices Challenges Company sought to adopt a user friendly mobile solution in order to meet management and resellers needs, including national and international sales force. For management, Colnago wanted to implement a dashboard that would provide full visibility of sales performance and orders, including historical trends and views of single resellers. For its resellers, instead, Colnago wanted to make its sales perfomance reports and order status in real time by customer portfolio and territory. The mobile solution would have to integrate with ERP system. Solution Colnago tasked IBM BP skilled on IBM Worklight to develop and implement its mobile dashboard application. IBM BP met quickly all the customer needs and by IBM Worklight it provided a new App, integrating the application into multiple environments, including Android and ios operating systems. The new App offers the data-synchronization capabilities for offline consultation and any real time update. At last but not the least, the App and IBM Worklight services are deployed in SaaS modality. Through new Dashboard App our management and resellers benefit business information everywhere and everytime. Colnago business runs thank to IBM Worklight.
