17 Admission Criteria Mandatory A start up company registered in HK for no more than 2 years At least 2 full time staff (At least 1 full time staff for Incu-App) One full time staff is a technologist owning at least 10% of company; or the whole full time technical group owns at least 20% of company Applicant should not have seed funding from any company that owns 20% of more equity, or investment from 2 or more companies. In the case where an offshore structure is holding the applying company, the same rule shall apply to the holding company At least 50% of staff must be engaged in technology related work throughout the entire incubation period Request office size less than 1600 sq ft Conduct core R & D in Science Park No retail activities in Science Park office Environmentally friendly workbench Shareholder did not join the Incu-Tech Programme or the IncuTrain Programme operated by Hong Kong Cyberport of the same field previously Admission Criteria Qualitative Quality and competency of the management team Business Viability Innovativeness Technology / R & D content Milestones set for every 6 months after admission 17

Month Remarks: Entitlement of the aid package is subject to the incubation assessment result every 6 months. Milestone assessment for Incu-App would be on month 3, 6, 9 (optional) and 12 Application Procedure If you have an innovative idea, technology background, capital and a registered company in HK, you can 1. Download the application form from the website, 2. Write a business plan 3. Send the application to us and you will get results of the admission in about 2 3 months for Incu-Tech and Incu-Bio and 1-2 months for Incu- App; and run your business in Hong Kong Science Park if admitted! 18
