3 2015 Cloud and Network Bundles with Ethernet Services Solution Overview The NaviSite Andover, MA and Santa Clara, CA datacenters are now on the TWC network for provisioning TWCBC Ethernet connectivity Customers can order select NaviSite services with TWCBC Ethernet for special bundle incentives The Cloud and Network Bundles with provide: A complete solution delivered by a single-provider Streamlined implementation and support Significant cost savings The security and low latency of a fully on-net solution Robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs) covering the complete TWCBC/NaviSite solution. 3

4 Cloud and Network Bundles with C L O U D N E T W O R K B U N D L E S B U N D L E S Bundle Cloud Incentive Ethernet Incentive (select one with ANY bundle) NaviCloud Self-Service Cloud Services with NaviCloud Managed Cloud Services with NaviCloud DaaS with NaviSite Managed Hosting with Ethernet Services NaviSite Colocation with One-time service credit, covering the first 3- months of actual billed usage up to $5,000 per month, issued in the fourth month of service No cloud discount No cloud discount 4 Ethernet LAN (ELAN) Sites located in the NaviSite datacenters (Andover, MA or Santa Clara, CA only) at no monthly charge and no installation fee. 6 Business Rules: Cloud and Network Bundles with US customers at serviceable sites within TWCBC s footprint Minimum one-year contract term applies to all bundled services NaviSite services must be sourced from either the Andover, MA or Santa Clara, CA datacenters. Bundle components will be ordered and invoiced separately, with installations coordinated for convenience Purchase of both the Cloud services and Ethernet connectivity are required to be eligible for the incentives 6

7 Business Rules: Cloud and Network Bundles with (con t) The first three-month s usage credit for NaviSite products is capped at $5,000 per month total for all eligible products combined If a customer orders Managed Cloud and DaaS they will receive a credit for their combined actual billed usage up to $5,000 per month The maximum credit in any scenario will not exceed $15,000 total Only NaviCloud Managed Cloud, Self-Service Cloud, and NaviCloud DaaS are eligible to receive the Cloud credit. The speed of the free ELAN site located within an eligible NaviSite datacenter may not exceed the speed of any paid node within the customer s ELAN service or 1Gbps, whichever is slower Only the standard $250 installation fee may be waived as part of the bundle Any special construction circumstances are subject to IRR review Type II circuits (leased 3 rd party last mile connection) are not eligible for the bundle discounts 7
