7 TERMS & CONDITIONS: Promotion runs from October 1, December 31, 2015 Only Agents who have signed an Agent Agreement may participate in the Bonus Program. The Bonus Program is governed by the general terms and conditions of the Agent Agreement and the Terms and Conditions listed on this document. Only new billed MRC revenue from new orders (as those terms are defined in the Agreement) during the Bonus Program period qualify for the bonus. Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or contracted up front bonus. Special Pricing or ICB requests may disqualify deal from bonus. Wholesale and resale deals are not eligible. The maximum bonus for all Transbeam Agents bonuses is capped per $25,000 per customer. Bonuses will be calculated and paid approximately 60 days after a customer is installed and it is billing. For customers with multiple services, all services must be billing prior to calculating and paying bonus amounts. All orders must be completed and accepted during the promotion period to qualify. Transbeam and TeleDomani reserve the right to recover the Bonus (larger networks will require host and at least 50% of sites at the minimum) if an order cancels prior to install or in the first 6 months after the install.
