6 CME CERTIFICATE You will receive your CME at the information counter in the Foyer of the conference centre. It can be handed out for attendance of 1, 2 or 3 days. Upon receipt of your signature your CME will be handed out on site. Please do not hesitate to contact the responsible persons at the information desk. PAYMENTS Please note that credit card payment (VISA, American Express) and cash payment will be accepted on site. An invoice will be handed over upon receipt of payment. Payments and can be done at the counter called On Site Registration & Payments. The counter is located in the registration area. ABSTRACT PRESENTERS POSTER EXHIBITION: Please hand in your poster at the registration desk. Our staff will stick the poster on the appropriate wall. If you prefer to do that on your own, please ask for tape at the registration desk. Where to put your poster will be indicated in the poster exhibition hand outs, which can be received at the registration, too. ORAL PRESENTATIONS: All presenters should arrive at their session venue at least ten minutes before the start in order to meet the moderator, and become familiar with the room's audio-visual aids and layout. All speakers in each session will able to use the facilities at the Speaker preview room located in the Conference Centre to review presentation content etc. The preview room will be available throughout the conference, but allocation will be prioritised as follows: If the presentation takes place in the morning: Between 07:00 and 08:00 on the day of the presentation for day 1 (Thursday 11th) Between 07:00 and 08:30 on the day of the presentation for day 2 (Friday 12th) Between 07:00 and 08:30 on the day of the presentation for day 3 (Saturday 13th) If the presentation takes place in the afternoon: During lunch on the day of the presentation.

7 EPIET AWARD CEREMONY The EPIET AWARD CEREMONY will take place on at 19:30 h in the MARRIOTT HOTEL LISBON. If you attend the ceremony a ticket will be handed over to you at the registration desk.
