At less than 60 g, AirID can be conveniently carried in an ID card yoyo or lanyard. RFID technology (radio frequency identification) can be used today to carry out all kinds of access and entry checks. Because of the way the company ID card is positioned in AirID, when opening doors, users with appropriate authorization can identify themselves on locking systems without having to take out the card. Another useful application of our AirID is the logout feature from a certain distance away. Because of the Bluetooth low energy connection between AirID and the PC/mobile device it is possible to log out automatically without a mouse click or touch. For this, our product measures the distance and blocks access to the device when it is a certain distance away from AirID.
