1 Online Payment System The School District of Grafton is pleased to introduce the implementation of an on line payment service, beginning on October 19, 2009 called e Funds for Schools. This user friendly service offers various options for parents/guardians who choose to make on line payments for lunch via a secure website. How does e~funds for Schools work? Parents/Guardians set up and maintain their own logins, passwords, and payment preferences. Your account information is retained in a password protected file. You may pay from a debit card, credit card or checking account at any time. A transaction convenience fee of $2.49 applies to all debit or credit card payments. A transaction convenience fee of $1.00 applies to all payments made from checking account. There will be a charge for check payments that process as Non Sufficient Funds (NSF). Funds will need to be submitted by 8:30am in order to be credited, that same day, to your family lunch account. Parents/Guardians may establish a recurring payment or may make single payments. You will continue to use Family Access to see your child s cafeteria purchases and to view the lunch account balance. As in the past, you can still write a check, or send cash, directly to the school. To sign up for online payments, you need: 1. A user ID and password, which you will create 2. Your family phone number 3. Bank routing number and checking account number or credit card information 4. Go to bin/efs/login.pl?access=55309 First time users will need to click on the middle right Register Here link and create a username Your primary phone number is the Family Number (10 digits, no spaces, no hyphen) When making payments to a family lunch account, you only need to select one student. Payment will apply to all students in that account. The e Funds link can also be found in the Skyward Family Access Lunch Tab and the Grafton School District Lunch Program web page. This should be the parent s information. Once all the required fields have been filled in, click on Continue. S

3 Step 2 Leave the drop down selection at Family Number. Enter your primary phone number (10 digits, no spaces, no hyphen) in the middle box. Once you have entered the number click on Add. Your student names should appear. If correct, click on Continue. If you need, you may add additional student names once logged into your account.

4 Step 3 Select either checking OR credit card. You may also update your payment method after account creation is completed. For checking, enter your account information and click on Continue. For credit card follow the instructions, enter the registration confirmation code you receive and then click Continue. Scho OR

5 Step 4 The NSF step pertains only to checking payments. Once you have read and agree, click on Continue. Checking: A transaction convenience fee of $1.00 applies for all checking account payments. Credit Card: A transaction convenience fee of $1.99 applies to all debit or credit card payments. Click Continue Confirm Please read the terms of service and the privacy policy. Once you have read and agree, click on Submit. Completion You are now ready to make payments. Click Go to Login and enter your username & password. Select New Payments Menu Tab. To make a Food Service Account payment, you only need to check one student and type in a dollar amount. Click on "Pay for Items" Select "I Accept" and "Submit" to complete your transaction. If your account has an address, you will receive a confirmation . Funds will need to be submitted by 8:30am in order to be credited that same day to your family lunch account.
