15 Abort Recovery Wash Recovery Settings Pause Wash on System Stop: If this option is enabled, the system stop button will behave as a pause rather than aborting a wash in progress. Care should be taken when enabling this option because the wash will attempt to resume from its current process when the system stop is removed. Productivity Rinse on Non Impact: If the wash goes into any error state other than arch impact, the LaserWash will attempt to rinse the vehicle. Productivity must be installed for this to work. Auto Home on Aborted Wash: If wash aborts, the bridge will return home. Turn On Dryer After Aborted Wash: If checked, turns on the dryer when car exits wash after wash abort. Auto Home When Arch Impact Cleared: After arch impact clears, arch returns home and resets the wash. Productivity Rinse on Rear Impact: If the wash goes into arch impact on rear of vehicle, the LaserWash will attempt to rinse the vehicle. Productivity must be installed for this to work. Programming Page 21

Impact Recovery Settings Enable Impact Restore Feature: When checked, the arch will attempt to restore after an impact move. This allows the LaserWash to adjust when a vehicle has a long trailer hitch or very wide mirrors that are unable to be measured by the ultrasonics. The LaserWash will record the adjusted dimensions and use them for the remaining services. Impact Back Away Distance: Minimum distance to move away from the impact location. Bridge Back Away Distance: Distance bridge should move away from impact location. Trolley Back Away Distance: Distance trolley should move away from impact location. Max Extent Flag Travel Distance: Maximum distance allowed to travel if the impact occurs while the bridge or trolley is on an extent (limit) flag. Programming Page 22

16 Door Control The DOOR SETUP page allows you to setup the entrance and exit doors of the wash and how you want them to operate. Normally Closed Mode: Doors are down when not washing and when washing, but will open to let vehicle in and out of bay. If outside temp is above set point or between open/close time, doors stay open 100% of the time. Temperature control will override time for closing to prevent freezing. Time will override temperature control when opening. Normally Open Mode: Doors are up when not washing but will close during wash. If outside temperature is below close set point or after close time, doors revert to Normal mode. No Doors: Machine disregards door settings and will not annunciate door warnings. Programming Page 23

Drive In/ Back Out: Allows for use with bays that only have one door. Entrance door will operate in the Normally Closed mode. Selecting this mode will Cause drive arrow to point down (back up) after wash completes. Note: this setting will not change dooreye unloading logic. Door Settings Entrance/ Exit Door Type: Select between Normally Open, Normally Closed, No Doors or Drive in/ Back out. Open Pulse Width: Time door controller requires to signal door open (door open signal time). Close Pulse Width: Time door controller requires to signal door closed (door close signal time). Expected Door Open Time: Amount of time it takes for the door to open (0-120 seconds).determined when to start door open command. Expected Door Close Time: Amount of time it takes for the door to close (0-120 seconds). Door eyes are only active during this amount of time. Temperature Control: If checked, the doors will be set to temperature controlled. Hold Open Temperature: Temperature door remains open for Normally Closed mode. Note: This setting is only seen when time of day is NOT used. Close Door Temperature: Temperature door remains closed. Note: There is a 90 second delay before door will close. Time of Day Control: If checked, the doors will be set to time of day control. NOTE: Temperature control will override time to prevent freezing. Open Time of Day: Sets the time of day the doors will open. Close Time of Day: Sets the time of day the doors will close. Open Both Doors on System Stop: If this feature is enabled and the System Stop button is hit, the entrance and exit door will open. If this feature is disabled and the System Stop button is hit, the doors will persist (if open - they stay open, if closed - they stay closed.) System Stop over rides all other door behavior. Anti Wind Tunnel Temp: Select temperature to only open one door at a time; prevents heat loss. This will only control the exit door when outside temperature is below 60 degrees. 26 17 Dryer (Integrated and Stand Alone) Integrated Dryer Motor Stagger Delay Arch Direction During Dry Description: Number of seconds to delay between the starting of each of the Integrated Dryer Motors. Purpose: Reduces energy draw when the dryer producers start. Allows spreading of power requirement for dryer producers to prevent spikes in the required power. Range: Low=1, Default=1, High= 10 Description: This is the direction the arch will be pointed (spraying) while the Integrated Dryer is running. Purpose: Turning the arch to the spray front or spray back position will prevent water dripping from the arch from landing on the car during the dryer pass. Range: Spray Left, Spray Back, Spray Front. Note: Care should be taken to make certain that the arch cannot impact a wall or door when the extent position. Programming Page 26

Truck Bed Drying Options: Description: Selects drying behavior when an open bed pickup truck has been detected. Purpose: Allows selection of truck bed drying options. Turning off dryer producers over the beds of pickup trucks can help prevent blow back of heavy dirt from within the bed from being blown onto the clean surfaces of the truck. Selecting "Center Off, Outer On" will prevent the dryers from disrupting the water in the bed while still drying the bed sides. If "All Off" is selected, the bridge will move rapidly from the tailgate to the back of the truck cab and then start the dryer motors to continue drying as normal. Range: Default -> Normal Center Off, Outer Normal Center Off, Outer On All Off Offset for Truck Bed Drying: Turn Off 3X Foam for Open Truck Beds: Description: Distance in millimeters to delay from the time the truck bed is detected to the time the dryer producers are turned on. Purpose: Allows late shifting of producers if so desired. Range: Low = 0, Default = 500, High = 3000 Description: Turn off 3x foam over open bed truck beds. Purpose: Allows disabling of 3X foam when moving over truck beds. This aids in preventing accumulation of 3X foam in the truck bed which may not rinse properly. Range: Checked = No 3X for open truck beds, Unchecked = Normal Application Stand Alone Dryer Power Saver: Description: Power saver for sites with energy consumption issues. Doesn't allow the next customer into the wash bay until the Stand Alone Dryer has completed its service. Purpose: Prevents large surges in power consumption in the instance where a customer is receiving the Stand Alone Dryer service and another customer would be receiving any wash service that requires the pumps to run. Note: This will decrease your site's potential cars per hour as only one vehicle is allowed in the bay at a time. Programming Page 27

Start Dryer with Exit Door: Description: Start Stand alone dryer when exit door opens. Purpose: If you have the door settings configured such that the door opens before the wash completes, you can also start the Stand Alone Dryer at the same time so the motors are fully up to speed when the wash ends. Turn Off Dryer On Vehicle Exit: Description: Turn off the Stand Alone Dryer as soon as the customer leaves the wash bay. Purpose: This features allows you to save energy in the event that you have the dryer service set to 60 seconds, but a customer leaves early (for example: 30 seconds into the service, the customer leaves). If this item is unchecked, then the Stand Alone Dryer will continue to run until the max time expires. Door Eyes Clear Delay: Description: If the Turn off Dryer on Vehicle Exit option is enabled, then this value indicates the number of seconds the door eyes need to be clear before turning off the Stand Alone Dryer. Purpose: If a customer pulls out of the eyes and then back into them within this time period, the dryer will continue to run. Programming Page 28

Short Bridge To Exit Distance: Description: This feature increases the bay's unloading strength. Purpose: If a customer pulls out of the bridge ultrasonic sensors at the end of the wash and then backs up into them while using the stand alone dryer, the wash will prevent the next wash package from starting until the ultrasonic sensors are clear for a longer period of time. Note: This will decrease your wash's potential cars per hour, but it will prevent "false starts" if your wash bay is very short. For example, if the Stand Alone Dryer is in a location such that while receiving the dryer service the vehicle is also detected by the bridge ultrasonics. Number of Dryer Motors to Start: Description: Allows you to dictate how many dryer motors to start (0 to 6) when the Stand Alone Dryer service is used. Purpose: Allows you to prevent all dryer motors from starting. On Delay: Description: Number of seconds to delay after the wash completes before starting the Stand Alone Dryer. Purpose: If you have a long bay where the Stand Alone Dryer is a distance from the end of the wash, you may want to delay a few seconds to allow the customer time to drive away from the washing area and enter the Stand Alone Dryer. Programming Page 29

Motor Stagger Delay: Description: Number of seconds to delay between the starting of each of the Stand Alone Dryer Motors. Purpose: Reduces energy draw when the dryer producers start. Allows spreading of power requirement for dryer producers to prevent spikes in the required power. Range:Low=0, Default=1, High= 10 Submit: This button submits the selection to the system and then returns to the previous menu. Programming Page 30

18 Freeze Protection Site Shutdown Temp: Description: When the outside temperature reaches this point, the site will shutdown until the temperature rises above this temperature plus the offset. (see next field) Purpose: Automatically stop selling the washes and put entry station into closed state when the temperature drops below a safe operating temperature. Site Shutdown Re-Open Temperature Offset: Sensor Heat Set Point: Description: Difference in degrees that the outside temperature has to rise to reopen site after the "Site Shutdown Temp" has been reached. Purpose: This value behaves as a debounce for the temperature. If the temperature is varying a few degrees around the shut down temperature, setting the temperature to reopen 5 or 10 degrees higher ensures that a safe operating temperature has been reached. Description: Bay Temperature at which the sites sensor heat should turn on. Programming Page 31

Disable Bay Temperature Sensor: Disable Outside Temperature Sensor: Description: Checking this box will cause the machine to ignore the bay temperature sensor input. Note: If this box is enabled, none of the features that rely on the Bay temperature sensor will be available (such as Weep and sensor heat) Description: Checking this box will cause the machine to ignore the outside temperature sensor input. Note: If this box is enabled, none of the features that rely on the outside temperature sensor will be available (such as temperature controlled doors or site shutdown temp.) Bay and Outside Temperature Probe Offset: Description: Adds or subtracts this value from the current temperature. Purpose: Allows for variance in temperature probe readings and locations. Weep Temperature: Description: Bay Temperature at which the Weep Service will be enabled. Purpose: Allows "weep" water to flow through the weep manifold into the wash components. Requires the purchase of the weep package. Enable Constant Weep: Description: Check this box if you want the wash to weep constantly (when the Bay temp drops below the Weep Temperature). If unchecked, machine will cycle weep. Purpose: Allows selection of constant weep (which uses more water) or cycled weep which will cycle the weep valve based on the difference between the current bay temperature and the Weep temperature. The larger the difference between these two temperatures, the longer the weep will run until it finally is so large that the weep will run constantly. The times are based on the following table: Temp Difference Weep On Time >22 Always On 20 ~5 Minutes 18 ~4 Minutes 30 Seconds... 7 ~90 seconds 4 ~60 seconds 1 ~30 seconds 0 ~0 no weep cycle. Programming Page 32

Enable Weep on System Stop and Maintenance Mode: Description: Allows wash to weep (when below weep temperature) while the machine is in maintenance mode or the system stop is pressed. If unchecked, the system will NOT weep in either of these two conditions. Purpose: If the site is down for service in a cold environment, you may or may not want the system to week depending on the conditions. MotionWeep Temperature: Power Weep Temperature : Description: This is the bay temperature below which the motion weep cycle will run. This service moves the arch, bridge, and trolley around the wash bay in an effort to prevent ice from forming on the machine and to heat the gear box oil. Purpose: If the site is to remain open in an extreme cold weather conditions, this feature will allow the machine to remain operable into colder temperatures. This service can run with the power weep service. This service will run every 5 minutes when the bay temperature is below this value. The service will run a number of cycles based on the difference in temperature between the Bay temp and the MotionWeep temp. The larger the difference, the more cycles are run with a maximum of 10 cycles. Description: This is the bay temperature below which the power weep cycle will run. Purpose: This service runs each of the services through the spray arch in an effort to keep all chemicals flowing and to break off any ice that has formed on the spray arch during the normal weep cycle. This is useful in extreme weather conditions. This service can run with the motion weep service. Programming Page 33

19 Installed Options Advanced Tech Installation Settings: Description: Enables or disables optional features. Purpose: Instructs system as to which optional components have been installed. Note: Enabling components that are not physically attached to the system may cause false errors or wash aborts. Site Voltage: Select the correct voltage for the site. Consult your electrician for details. Site Frequency: Integrated Dryer Installed: Select the correct site Frequency for the site. Consult your electrician for details. Check this item if your machine is equipped with an Integrated Dryer. This enables additional features for your wash such as FlashDry and drive-thru services. Programming Page 34

20 Machine Dimensions Frame and Flag Dimensions Trolley Center Flag to Right/Left Limit Distance Description: This is the distance in millimeters between the right or left limit flag and the center flag. For more details see manual Start-Up. Purpose: Aids in determining trolley location. Range:Low=1000, High= 1600 Notes: Inaccurate measurement will cause abnormal cornering with the arch. Right distance is shown as item "1" in the image below, Left is item "3".: Number of Frame Markers Description: This is the total number of bridge markers that the prox switches on the bridges will move past. Purpose: Aids in finding bridge location. Range: Low=8, Default=12, High= 12 Notes: If this number is set too low, the bridge may declare a false navigation error. If set too high, the bridge will be less likely to determine if there is a sensor problem. Programming Page 35

Bridge First Marker Distance Description: This is the distance in millimeters between the first and second marker (picket). For more details, see manual Start-Up. Purpose: Aids in determining bridge location. Range: Low=25, Default=255, High= 1000 Notes: Distance is shown as item "2" in image below. Bridge Depth Description: This is the distance between the front and back side of the bridge. This value will act as an offset when applying chemicals from the exit side of the bridge on moves from front to back to obtain better coverage. For more details, see manual Start-Up. Purpose: Aids in applying chemical with correct offset. Range: Low=400, Default=750, High= 1000 Notes: Submit: This button submits the selection to the system and then returns to the previous menu. Programming Page 36

21 Machine Offsets Load Position: Description: Location in MM from the home position that the bridge will move in preparation for loading a vehicle. Purpose: The bridge must be located in such a position that a vehicle can be successfully detected by the "stop position" ultrasonic sensors and still have enough wash envelope to move the arch around the front of the vehicle without impacting. Setting this distance too small could lead to increased impacts at front. Setting this distance too large will decrease the maximum size of vehicle you can successfully wash. The default is 50mm. Depending on your bay and bay floor the ultrasonic sensors may allow customers to park deeply into the loading zone. If this is a problem you will have arch impacts on the front of vehicles. You can compensate for this by moving your load position closer to the entrance end of the bay by increasing this value. Making this value larger will shorten your wash envelope. Programming Page 37

Productivity Precision - Fast Distance: Description: When the Productivity Precision option is enabled on a Productivity service, this is the distance that the bridge will run at fast speed to reach the vehicle. Purpose: Productivity Precision is a feature that allows you to run a very fast productivity pass on a vehicle while being more precise with the rinse at the start or end of the pass which allows for better rinsing in the "hard to rinse" areas on the front or back of a vehicle. The bridge will move quickly for this distance, then switch to a slower speed for the "Slow Distance" and then return to its normal package speed. Productivity Precision - Slow Distance: Description: When the Productivity Precision option is enabled on a Productivity service, this is the distance that the bridge will run at slow speed after it has traveled the "Fast Distance". Purpose: Productivity Precision is a feature that allows you to run a very fast productivity pass on a vehicle while being more precise with the rinse at the start or end of the pass. This allows for better rinsing in the "hard to rinse" areas on the front or back of a vehicle. The bridge will move quickly for the "fast distance", then switch to a slower speed for the "Slow Distance" and then return to its normal package speed. Arch Buffer: Description: Distance in millimeters from the surface of the spray arch to the surface of the vehicle. Adjusting this value will affect the spray arch distance on all 4 sides of the vehicle. Purpose: Decreasing this value brings the arch closer to vehicle. Increasing this value brings the arch farther from the vehicle. Left Ultrasonic To Arch Distance / Right Ultrasonic to Arch Distance: Description: Physical measurement from the surface of the ultrasonic sensor to the nozzle side of the spray arch when the arch is at the extent closest to the appropriate sensor. Purpose: Depends on your physical bay setup and the location of the side measure ultrasonics. This value is used to calculate more accurately the width and location of the sides of a vehicle. You can adjust the specific right and left side measurement by adjusting these values. Increasing causes the arch to move farther from the vehicle. Programming Page 38

Front/Back Description: Allows for adjusting the distance the bridge will travel past the Measure Offsets: front or back of the vehicle when performing services. This value is added to the vehicle location as calculated by using the bridge ultrasonic sensors. Purpose: Increasing these values will cause the bridge to travel farther past the edge of the vehicle. Decreasing will cause the bridge to stop services closer to the edge of the vehicle. Start Arch on Vehicle Edge: Description: All arch services that start in the front will start with the spray arch a few inches onto the vehicle. If this value is disabled, then the arch will start spraying with the arch off of the vehicle surface. Purpose: Enabling this option allows your spray pattern to develop while chemical is being applied to the vehicle's surface rather than on the floor. The default is enabled and disabling this feature will use more resources. Bug Sweeper Oscillation Type: Description: For HP services that have the Bug Sweeper option enabled; this selection allows a choice between continuous or just a change at the center of the vehicle. Purpose: Continuous oscillation will provide more of a "sweeping" effect with the arch as it moves across the front of the vehicle. Change at center will angle towards the center of vehicle and remain in a static, angled position until reaching the center. Then the arch will change angles so as it moves past center, it points back towards the center of the vehicle. Submit: This button submits the selection to the system and then returns to the previous menu. Programming Page 39

22 Timers First In-Place Loading Delay: Backup Delay: Description: Amount of time in milliseconds to delay the "Stop" signal being displayed to the customer after the FIRST time their vehicle enters the stop position. Purpose: If your customers tend to stop very early in the loading zone and you would like to allow them to drive farther into the loading zone (and by doing so increase the maximum vehicle size) you can increase this delay. This value is only used the first time the vehicle enters the "Stop" position. If the customer travels into the "backup" ultrasonics, this value will not be used for the remainder of this vehicles loading sequence. Description: Amount of time in milliseconds to continue to instruct a customer to back up after they have entered the back-up sonic area during the loading sequence. Purpose: If a customer drives too far into the loading zone and is instructed to back up, this will cause the wash to continue to instruct the customer to back up after the vehicle has cleared the back up ultrasonics. This is useful if you have a short loading zone and customers are parking too deeply into the zone. Programming Page 40

In-Place Loading Time: Description: This is the amount of time in seconds that a customer's vehicle must remain within the loading zone before the wash will start the package. The default is 3 seconds. Purpose: Increasing this value requires to the customer's vehicle to remain in a stable load position for a longer period of time. Decreasing will allow the wash to start more quickly. Too short of a time may allow the wash process to start before the customer has fully stopped their vehicle. Entrance Timer: Description: Amount of time in minutes that the customer has to enter the wash bay after purchasing a wash. Default is 2 minutes. Purpose: This value is used recover from situations where a customer may purchase a wash, but then leave without entering the bay. When this timer expires, the wash will reset and clear the wash package. Stuck in Bay Timer: Description: Amount of time in minutes that the wash will wait for a vehicle to exit. Default is 2 minutes. Purpose: When this timer expires, the wash will go into a "stuck in bay" mode where it closes the entry station and sends an notification indicating that the last vehicle washed has not left the wash bay. The wash cannot accept another wash until the vehicle has left. Front Prep Max Runtime: Description: Amount of time in seconds that the Front Prep service will run (if enabled for the wash package.) Purpose: The front prep service starts the moment a vehicle enters the stop sonic area of the loading zone and stops spraying when the bridge moves to the washing position after loading completes OR when this timer expires. This timer covers the case where a vehicle is driving forward and backing up during the load process and takes a longer period of time to load. This prevents a customer from getting too much Front Prep applied to their vehicle in the event of a difficult load. Submit: This button submits the selection to the system and then returns to the previous menu. Programming Page 41

23 Water and Chemical Settings Chemical Transport Times: Select the amount of time it takes to get the appropriate service or chemical from the pump station to the wash bay. These values directly affect the chemical change over that occurs to make the wash more efficient. Solution Pump Water Heater Tank: When enabled, these values control the operating temperature range of the water heater. The Max On time prevents overheating in the event of a temperature sensor failure. This is the max time the heater will run when the wash is idle. Pump Inlet Selection: Select the appropriate water type connected to each of the inlets based on how your pump station is configured and how you have physically plumbed the machine. Selecting N.A. will disable that inlet. Solution Pump Inlet: Gravity/Tank selection tells the pump node to turn off the solution pump and abort wash on low level input. Sets error Solution Tank Low Error and sends . Direct ignores low level input. Programming Page 42

HP Solution Selection: Select the appropriate chemical type connected to each of the injectors based on how your pump station is configured and how you have physically plumbed the machine. Entrance Service Settings: This section allows you to set the entrance service settings that are based on how your LaserWash is physically configured such as the on and off delay after the selected trigger is activated or cleared. These options apply any time an entrance service is used for a package. Programming Page 43

24 Package Setup Definitions Cycle: The movement of the bridge and trolley around a vehicle. Service: Description of the tasks to perform during the wash cycle. Wash Package: A submitted list of cycles and services. Wash Package Setup The Build Wash Packages link allows you to create wash packages by adding individual cycles and services to a specific wash package. These settings handle the wash process from the time the vehicle loads until the time the vehicle unloads. You can create up to 99 wash packages and keep them on your LaserWash. You can then activate up to four of them using the Active Package Selector. You can also add entrance and exit services which happen before or during loading and after or during unloading. Name of Created Wash Package: This is an existing wash package that has been submitted. Clicking on this link will take you to all of the cycles in the wash package in the order they were entered. There are four icons Programming Page 44

that allow you to manipulate the cycles in the wash package: Down Arrow: Swaps the service to the left with the service below. Up Arrow: Swaps the service to the left with the service above. Left Arrow: Inserts a service between the service to the left and the service above. Trash Can: Removes the service to the left. Icon to Rename the Wash Package: Clicking this icon brings up a screen to enter the new wash package name. Icon to Copy the Wash Package: Clicking this icon creates a copy of this particular wash package and names it the same as the original prefixed with Copy Of. Icon to Remove the Wash Package: Clicking this icon removes this particular wash package from the list. Link to Add New Wash Package: Brings up a screen to enter a new wash package name. Once a valid name has been entered, the user can add the cycles they wish to be in the wash package. Active Package Selector Any created Wash package can be used for the following entries. Package A: This is wash package 1 (Remote command - Instant1) Package B: This is wash package 2 (Remote command - Instant2) Package C: This is wash package 3 (Remote command - Instant3) Package D: This is wash package 4 (Remote command - Instant4) Submit: Clicking this button uses the above selected wash packages and the selected options to update the 4 active packages on the LaserWash. Any changes made will not take effect until the submit button is clicked and the wash is idle. Entrance and Exit Services Underbody Flush: Gatlin Gun: Wheel Cleaner: Enable underbody flush for this package. Enable Gatlin Gun output for this package. Enable Wheel Cleaner output for this package. Entrance Svc Max 5 The maximum amount of time you want the entrance services to run for this Runtime[s]: package even if the vehicle is still in the "trigger" for these services. Wash Cycles Front Prep: Enable the Front Prep service for this package. Clicking the "Add a Service link" for any of the following opens the list of available services that can be used. Low Pressure Arch: This is a full cycle around the vehicle while running a low pressure product. Low Pressure Arch (Wipe): This is a double cycle across either the front or back of the vehicle (depending on the position of the bridge) while running a low pressure product. High Pressure Arch: This is a full cycle around the vehicle while running a high pressure product. Programming Page 45

High Pressure Arch (Wipe): This is a double cycle across either the front or back of the vehicle (depending on the position of the bridge) while running a high pressure product. Productivity Arch: This is a single cycle across the length of the vehicle either front to back or back to front (depending on the position of the bridge) with the option of adding a product. Dwell (Soaking) Service: This is a pause in the wash to allow the chemical to sit on the vehicle longer. Integrated Dryer Service: This can be optioned as FlashDry which incorporates the Spot Free Rinse while the dryer is running for improved rinsing. This is either a single cycle across the length of the vehicle either front to back or back to front (depending on the position of the bridge) with settings for a dryer installed on the bridge. Service Settings Info The following is a list of all configurable settings for services, but may not apply to every Service entry. Product: This will contain a list of available water or chemical that can be used during the service. Inlet: This field allows you to select the water source you would like to use for this service. On Delay: This is the time we wait before we start the service in seconds. Off Delay: This is the time we wait to stop the service in seconds. Water Saver: With this option checked the output for water saver on the pump node will turn on (available on HP cycles only) allowing HP to run at a lower pressure through an unloader valve. Confirmation Sign: This is the spot on the wash sign we blink during the Service. (Completed Services remain illuminated.) Cycle Speed: This is how fast the machine will move during the Service. Use Alt. Speeds: Checking this box will enable the use of alternate speeds for the Trolley cycles. Front: If the Use Alt. Speeds box is checked, the value in this field will be used for the Trolley speed at the front of the vehicle. Back: If the Use Alt. Speeds box is checked, the value in this field will be used for the Trolley speed at the back of the vehicle. Move Delay: This is the time we wait before we start the service in seconds. Charge 3x Lines: If this box is checked, it will charge the 3x lines with chemical during this Service. This may be necessary in cold temperatures when the lines are full of water due to a weep cycle running. Front Bug Pass: Checking this box will add a Wipe Service at the front of the vehicle. Back Bug Pass: Checking this box will add a Wipe Service at the back of the vehicle. Programming Page 46

Front Bug Sweeper: Checking this box will add an oscillating move to the arch movement across the front of the vehicle. This can aid in bug removal. Additional settings for this feature are available on the machine offsets page. Mirror Clean: Checking this box will cause the arch to slightly change direction when moving past the mirrors on the vehicles. This aids in cleaning the glass side of the mirror and the side window area near the mirror. Offset: This is the distance in mm to continue moving past a vehicles measurement. Dwell (Soaking) Time: This is the time in seconds we pause the machine between cycles. Smart Dwell: Smart dwell will start a timer at the beginning of the chemical application cycle. The time set will be the total time the chemical is on any one surface of the vehicle. Using Smart dwell will conserve time on larger vehicles and eliminate the issue of chemical drying on larger vehicles while providing enough time for the chemical to do its job. Dryer Motors to Start: The number of dryer motors to use for the Integrated Dryer service or FlashDry Service. Selecting "Smart Dry" will turn on the two center dryers when over the hood and windshield and then transition to 4 dryer producers for the remainder of the vehicle. This provides better drying and reduces power consumption. FlashDry : This is a special cycle that must run from the front to the back of the vehicle. The Dryer producers and Spot Free Rinse are used at the same time providing a very fast dry that will remove the majority of the water from the vehicle service. Motor Stagger Delay: This is the number of seconds between the starting of each of the dryer motors. Air Blow Down Arch: This is how long we blow air through the arch (in seconds) to clear the lines of water during the FlashDry or dryer cycle. Programming Page 47
