It is an e-commerce portal, customer service system, order management platform and much more. 3 FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND THE WEBSITE Log off Each of the collection of specialists has their own web area, select the tab to move between them. The product ranges will change for each division selected. You only have one basket, not one per area. All Products to move back to Computer 2000, or click on the tab. THE MENU STRUCTURE The Main Menu gives you more options to manage your account, manage your orders and get services online. 4 LOGGING IN Existing Users Enter your account number, user name and password from any of the collection of specialist areas of the web site. New Users Create Your Log-In to access Intouch. You will need your account number. Open an Account Follow this link to apply for a trade customer account.! If you do not know your account number, please ask the person(s) at your company responsible for purchasing products or call your Computer2000 account manager. You can log onto the Website from any of the collection of specialists tabs. Page 3

5 PRODUCT SEARCHING FreeText Search Search by product number or description. Intelligent search as you type helps you find items faster. Save your Searches Save regular product searches -click quickly put the item into your basket. Quick Add Quickly add an item to the basket enter the product code and click quickly put the item into your basket. You will be referred back to Computer 2000 page if in a different division. # Offers & Promotions Simple Search Search by Product family > category > sub category. Then refine your search using basic selection criteria. If an item is not available from the specialist division you are in, click on the Computer 2000 tab or All Products and you will get to the Core IT (Broadline) area. With many ways of searching, items can be sourced quickly and simply. Offers and promotions are available across all search types, providing you with greater profit and margin opportunities. You can search and order any area of the web site, from any of the collection of specialist s tabs and Computer 2000 but you order using the same basket. Page 4

6 Basic & Advanced search options. ADVANCED SEARCH Your search results will refresh on selection of new criteria. Check for In Stock only items. Select from a wide range of product specific search criteria. Use multi-selection to increase range of brands. Narrow your search using a wide range of product specifications via drop down boxes. Watch out for offers and deal hints. The Advanced Search - Search by multiple product attributes in one click faster, more efficient searching. Reduce the number of results and to show the most relevant products, meeting your requirements in one search. View your selected criteria. Watch your search results reduce as you select more specific criteria Page 5

Tab Details Description Tab - Full product technical specification. Price & Stock Tab Shows current stock status and future stock deliveries, list price, your price and whether volume pricing is available Kits Tab View available kit and bundle offers E-Carepacks Tab Enables you to view and purchase available E- Carepacks associated with the product. Also Special Bids Tab - Shown when OPG pricing is applicable. Specific OPG/Special pricing for each customer if applicable can be found under the InTouch Menu > Special Bids Volume Prices Quantity prices - lower prices for a higher quantity purchased Page 7

9 YOUR BASKET Print or download your basket to excel Delete basket Transfer basket ** Click the cross delete Total Costs inc freight Go to checkout to complete the order Baskets can only be seen by the person who has created them. ** Transfer your basket to another user within your organisation by using the Transfer option. This will enable that person to view, amend or order that basket on your behalf. Page 8

10 BASKET CHECK-OUT DELIVERY DETAILS Delivery type and cost. Select to have items delivered when individual available items are in stock or wait until all items ordered are available. Add new delivery address for Drop ship** State your delivery address, your company master address is the default. Select Drop Ship or Company Address Go to checkout to complete order ** Drop Ship To be able to select or add an end customer delivery address for your order, you must be granted access to our Drop ship function. This can be requested via Page 9

12 ORDER TRACKING Review items ordered by date. Number of orders. Orders that need attention. Order Reference Truck Icon - Shipped to - follow link to delivery status via carrier. Invoice number and PDF copy Track your orders - delivery status and confirmed delivery dates. View and print invoices and POD details. The predefined reports allow you to select the date range of deliveries you wish to view. Truck Icon = Track n trace takes you straight to the carrier site to track your order and see proof of delivery. Page 11
