1 Welcome to Hanover Co-Branding Marketing Material Within this section we will review co-branding marketing pieces, downloading material to your desktop and sending material to print. If you need further assistance in completing your order send an to and you will receive a response within 24-hours. Step #1 Locating Materials Locating The Marketing and Sales Collateral screen From the Business Builder home page select Marketing and Sales Collateral. You can also access the Sales and Marketing material from the Menu tab located on the top of the page. Locate Material The Marketing and Sales Collateral screen displays all Sales and Marketing material available. If you cannot locate a document, perform a search by using the keyword search feature or select by product line located on the left navigation.
2 Keyword Searches Keyword searches are beneficial if you know the document name, line of business or document number. Note: Iif you are not finding the document you are looking for remember to clear the search field you might have a previous search loaded. To quickly locate a document, use the keyword search feature. Just enter in the document number or title in the Keyword Search window. Search Filter If you are not familiar with the document title or number or need to refine your results, use the search filter feature. If you are searching for a document, select TYPE = PDF. All our documents are currently added as PDF documents. Documents can be filtered by co-branded or customizable. Documents can be filtered by the document type for example: postcards, brochures etc. Note: Remember to clear the search field between searches Product or Line of Business Search In addition to keyword searches you can search on product or segment of business. On the left navigation the documents have been classified by product or segment.
3 Step #2 selecting Materials Selecting Material From the Marketing and Sales Collateral screen select the marketing piece to be co-branded, downloaded or printed. Click on the Actions button and select Customize. Note: Based on the document you may be able to Customize, Customize or Personalize, Download, Add To Cart As Digital, or Add To Cart For Fulfillment. OPTIONS Review glossary of terms for further definition of these fields. Link to Glossary PDF Step #3 Customizing the document Customizing Logo The logo is automatically inserted based on your profile screen. Note: Logos are scaled to fit the area designated for co-branding.
4 Adding or changing a logo If you have not added a logo to your profile screen or would like to change the logo click on Customize in the agency logo section. The image selection box displays, clicking on Choose Image will display all your stored images. Note: Logos are scaled to fit the area designated for co-branding Adding or changing a logo Within the image area there are two areas to access logos, the Marketing Asset logos are pre-loaded images within the system. You will find logos that you have loaded for your agency under the My Asset. Double click on the image of your choice. The image will appear in the box. Make sure you Save the image and it will automatically appear in the document. To remove the logo from the piece click on Remove and then Save. Note: Logos are scaled to fit the area designated for co-branding Options More than one field might be customizable in a document. You can find areas of customizable content by clicking on the customizable section. You will notice on this document there are two sections; Agency Logo (page 1) and the Agency Callout on (page 4) Helpful Hint Make sure to save your changes, or default information will appear. Personalization of a Document In this document Add Agency Name, Agency Number and Agency Web Address. All are customizable. To add personalized information over write the existing placeholder text. Once you click on the Update button the system will automatically replace the text. Click on the Preview button to see a finished version before submitting to print or downloading to your desktop. Note: Tthe system will automatically replace the old text with the new version.
5 Removal of Pre-Populated Information To remove pre-populated information clear the placeholder text and click on the Update button. Note: All pre-loaded information will be removed. Preview Document When all changes are made and saved click on the Preview button to see the final version before downloading or sending to print. Step #4 Check out: electronic version Checkout Add To Cart For Download/ assigns a URL to insert into s or download to your computer. Select Add To Cart For Download/ to download an electronic version.
6 Add To Cart For Download/ Select the Add To Cart For Download/ to add the piece to the cart. Once the piece is added to the cart the system reverts back to the search screen to continue processing additional pieces or click on Cart to continue the checkout process. Note: Tthe cart in this case shows you have one item on order. Add To Cart For Download/ Clicking on the Cart displays the pre-checkout screen. At this point you can go back and Preview, Customize, Duplicate or Remove the piece. Preview: One final review before downloading. Customize: Will bring you back to the customization screens to make additional changes. Duplicate: Make an exact copy of the document. Remove: Eliminate document from the order. Once approved, click on the Checkout button Options Click on the document thumbnail to open the options box. Three options will display: Option #1: Send Via Marketing (future enhancement) Option #2: Retrieve URL to use in communications Option #3: Download to download documents to your computer. Step #5 checkout: Print version Add To Cart For Print The Add to Cart for Print selection sends the file and print instructions direct to the print vendor. Select the Add to Cart For Print to add the piece to the cart. Once the piece is added to the cart the system reverts back to the search screen. At this point, you can search and add additional items or click on Cart to continue the checkout process. Note: Tthe cart in this case shows you have one item on order.
7 Step #5 checkout: Print version Add To Cart For Print Clicking on the Cart displays the pre-checkout screen. At this point you can go back and Preview, Customize, Duplicate or Remove the piece. Preview: One final review before downloading. Customize: Will bring you back to the customization screens to make additional changes. Duplicate: Make an exact copy of the document. Remove: Eliminate document from the order. Once approved, click on the Checkout button Checkout screens Add your shipping information (where material is to be delivered to) and the quantity being ordered. Checkout screens When reviewing the checkout screen you will notice costs assigned to each piece, this does not mean you will receive an invoice for the material. Before items are printed any costs associated to the piece will be identified during the proofing process. At this time, we will not be charging the agencies for any usage of the system or material being requested. To receive your order number and notification the order was sent to the vendor enter in your address in the address field. The vendor will use this information to contact you regarding proofs and to notify you when your order has shipped. Click on Process Order and your order and files are automatically sent to the vendor. Note: Within 48 hours you will be contacted by the vendor confirming your order was received.
