4 About SENER SENER designs, qualifies, manufactures and delivers to the client fully qualified electro mechanical actuators and electronics boards, assemblies and modules for Space, Aeronautics and Defence applications. SENER has proven capabilities in the field of Electronics, covering the whole range of activities starting from system engineering and finishing with the flight equipment delivery. SENER is a supplier to the ESA, CNES, EADS, AIRBUS, RAFAEL, ITP, DBD, TSG, THALES ALENIA SPACE, SBD, ASTRIUM, MBDA, TAURUS, Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Turbomeca, Microturbo and MTU, among others. Integration and tests are performed at SENER facilities and include: Physical & electrical (overall dimensions, interfaces, bonding, etc.) Functional verification Environmental testing Mechanical tests: resonance survey, sine & random, shocks, etc. Thermal test: thermal cycling Life test. SENER manufactures for series production from tens of units to several hundreds of units produced annually.
