Platinum Technology, Inc : Professional Services and IT Program Manager Provided project management and system architecture leadership for multiple projects: led team of 25 members in on- time, under- budget completion of a 7,500 man- hour, $1.5 million project to develop a Financial Risk Management data warehouse at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota; provided a variety of business architecture consulting services to J. P. Morgan including Information Management and Business Architecture strategy updates for the Financial Division. Led team of 10 staff and consultants to build a sales/financials data warehouse and to deploy Accounts Receivable and Billing modules of PeopleSoft Financials; provided oversight directly to company CFO of multiple projects supporting Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, and Legal departments. Served as architect, lead analyst, and project manager for joint development with major U.S. money center bank. Led requirements definition and design of complex large- scale client- server application using joint application development (JAD) and rapid application development (RAD) techniques.
