The firm has been built on the experience that the Chairman, Archt. Pietro Gasparri, has matured within C.P.T. (Centre for the Territorial Planning), engineering firm established in In recent years the activities of the studio have been particularly focused within the cultural heritage sector, exploiting the consolidated experience matured by our technicians in a national and international environment. The endowment of the most modern and advanced technologies and the constant experimentation and research activities have allowed us to provide our clients with optimal solutions, always guaranteeing the best result in terms of quality, cost and working times. SERVICES The main area of activity of the company is the protection, survey and recovery of cultural heritage. 3 CULTURAL HERITAGE Clients: private clients, cultural institutions and international organizations in Italy and abroad (Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, China, Libya, Sudan, Qatar, Turkey). The matured field experience and the use of the most up-to-date technologies, guarantee a highly advanced approach with regard to the analysis and the surveying of the heritage, an indispensable basis for thematic studies and for any further operation (analysis of the state of conservation, planning and quotation of the operations, structural investigations etc.). Moreover, an accurate survey helps achieving a proper knowledge of the cultural place/monument, increasing the possibilities of conservation and presentation to the public. It is in fact now recognized that a heritage site is much more protected when it is vibrant and lively. Since the 90 s our activity has been centralized on research for solutions for surveying and documentation, contributing to the development of a number of highly innovative technical systems, currently utilized in the cultural heritage sector. Client: Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza URBAN AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN The services provided encompass urban planning, architecture design, feasibility studies and phasing activities for the rehabilitation projects of property assets, for private clients and public bodies or companies of national and international relevance. In each planning and research project advanced systems have been studied and utilized on a case-by-case basis, in order to optimize the efficiency of the operation. Every single project starts with the cultural assumption of the of each work to its specific social, cultural and environmental context, which results in the specific nature of each site and each intervention to carry out on the physical place. Specific projects deeply grounded to the sites are thus proposed against the tendency of modern planning to homologate designs worldwide, notwithstanding the deep differences among the sites, with the result of distorting the local characteristics and cause a generalized drop in quality, both of the places and of life.
