2 Company Overview Welkin Telecom Infra Pvt. Ltd. (WTIL) is a multinational Group of companies having Corporate Office in Kolkata and registered offices in Bangladesh and Myanmar. WTIL India is an ISO certified company and accredited with OHSAS 18001: 2007 certifications. The key functions of the company are GSM/3G/4G Project rollout, Operation & Maintenance and RF Optimization services for Telecom wireless network involving both active and passive elements. Key Promoters of the company are the two founders Directors Subhas Bera and Pradeep Agarwal who had long and successful track record in the Telecom Infrastructure business arena. In addition, D K Mitra who is Executive Director of the company is a retired Senior Vice President of Vodafone India, Corporate office, Mumbai. He had wide experience in Telecom Network and Business arena. The company s CEO is Subhas Banerjee who had long service in Reliance Communication and is a very experienced person in GSM Cellular Network Operation and Management.

4 Subhash Chanadra Banerjee, CEO Mr. Subhas Banerjee is a Science Graduate and AMIETE, IES, EX ITS. He also studied Telecommunications Management at BT Technical College. He has rich work experience of over 3 decades in reputed organizations like Dept. of Telecommunication, Reliance Telecom Limited. in Leadership positions. Before WELKIN, he worked with Reliance Communications Limited as CTO for Eastern Region, India. DK Mitra, Executive Director Mr. D K Mitra is a retd. Sr. VP, Vodafone India Ltd. He did his graduation in Engineering from I.I.T. Kharagpur. Later he did his Masters and worked over 35 years in R&D Centres and Industries having manufacturing & services business in Telecom.
