City of South Haven th Avenue South Haven, MI RE: Power Plant Demolition - Water Filtration Plan Monthly Status Report Dear Mr. Huff: This is our Monthly Status Report No. 13 for the period ending October 16, This report contains a summary of work performed up to that date. 5 WORK COMPLETED DURING THE CURRENT REPORTING PERIOD Began pouring clear well walls. Continue pouring perimeter concrete walls. Began excavation of raw water pump station. Installed formwork and installation of rebar for elevated slab above backwash tanks. Installing electrical conduits in concrete walls. Installing pipe sleeves and wall pipes for process piping in concrete walls. WORK ANTICIPATED FOR THE NEXT REPORTING PERIOD Complete clear well walls. Pour concrete at elevated slab about backwash tanks. Continue perimeter concrete walls on the sub-basement level. Begin elevated slab above clear wells. Complete bore and jack of 24-inch intake pipe between raw water pump station and existing screen building. Begin bore and jack of 36-inch future intake pipe between raw water pump station and beach. Install waterproofing membrane on sub-basement perimeter walls. Begin basement level floor slabs. CHANGES IN SCOPE IDENTIFIED DURING THE PERIOD Bulletin 4 was issued on September 14, SCOPE CHANGES IMPACTING COST AND SCHEDULE Bulletin 3 was approved and incorporated into Change Order No. 1 for the water filtration plant project. This change order has been signed and returned by the City. Change Order 2 for the switchgear building project was signed and returned by the City. This change order deducts $88, from the total for this project. These monies will be added into the water filtration plant project by a future change order.
