The diversity of business and challenges that we deal with compels us to be permanently attentive to the needs of our clients. With 29 years of history, more than 500 direct collaborators, and 3,000 indirect collaborators, the trust and loyalty of our clients, commercial partners, and friends have made us differentiate ourselves in each one of our business areas as a guarantee of the goods and services that we offer. 3 OUR HISTORY Time line We innovate on the manufactured embroidered labels market Corporativo Kamaji was born in Mexico, took its first steps and our textile division started up operations. We are leaders on the continent in We started up real state operations with a vision for developing hotels projects, corporate buildings, industrial warehouses and malls. Our entrepreneurial spirit leads us to penetrate the motorcycle and three-wheeler market manufacturing embroidered, printed, and stamped labels for the textile, footwear, and other industries. We have expanded our business vision and penetrated the yarn and synthetic fiber division. We specialize in leasing and financing transportation vehicles, private property and machinery. 6 Pulso Inmobiliario is a company engaged in real estate development in the hotel industry, corporates, industrial warehouses, and commercial sectors. It presently has 29 companies, 122 direct collaborators, and 4,000 indirect collaborators. We have developed more than 350,000 m 2 of AAA offices spaces in the most important avenues of Mexico City for example: Torre NY Life, Torre Mapfre, Torre Banorte and Citi-Center. Since it was organized 486 residential level and medium residential homes have been developed in addition to 136 apartments. Currently are under development eight different projects with 952 houses and 1,371 apartments in México. 14 Serfimex is a financial broker that grants credit to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), pure and financial leases to individuals and legal entities for acquiring private property and working capital, as well as bridge loans for housing developers for building housing complexes and commercial equipment. Operating nationwide since 2009, currently has more than 60 direct collaborators, our head offices are located in the neuralgic business and corporate hub, in the Torre Acuario in Santa Fe.

15 Founded in 1998 for the manufacturing and commercialization of yarn, currently with two divisions: Yarn: nationwide leader in the import and commercialization of synthetic fibers, polyester filament yarn, polyester spun yarn, rayon/viscose spun yarn, nylon filament yarn and elastane among others. We are the strategic partner for the largest fabric manufactures in the country. Fabric: manufacturing and commercializing knitted high fashion fabrics, under the strictest worldwide quality controls.

16 Etilabel is a company that manufactures embroidered labels, bracelets and shields; being leaders in the sector. It has been operating at our plant in the Estado de Mexico since We presently have 73 collaborators, the best Swiss and German next generation equipment.

17 Ziporex is a company that imports and commercialize clothes. It started up operations in Currently being a licensee of NFL, Furor and other trademarks, it has eight stores in Mexico City. 180 collaborators are part of our team. Some of our distribution chain are Liverpool, Coppel, Comercial Mexicana, Sears, among others.

18 It is a company that imports and markets motorcycle spare parts and accessories for all models. Our warehouse has more than 4,000 different replacement part items for all types of motorcycles at very competitive prices. We have representation in Mexico of the automobile battery for the most popular battery in Colombia.

19 A new concept in Mexico with a different strategy for marketing and offering our products through: - Our own stores - Shared spaces with commercial partners - PDQ stands in convenience stores - Traditional sale through retail stores. Top Mart offers timely, novel products at a competitive price and top quality in a wide range of lines: home, pets, stationery, hardware, party, hygiene and beauty products, toys, clothes, seasonal (christmas, love and friendship, mother's and father's day, back to school, halloween).

20 Limpiamex born in 2013, focused on the preservation of clean and pleasant environments. It has 630 collaborators trained in various areas related to cleaning, care, and conservation of spaces. Some of our commercial partners are Liverpool, Grupo Modelo, and Sport City.
