2 THE VISION The Best Shopping in El Paso. The Ultimate Destination. Cielo Vista Mall is the premier mall in El Paso, showcasing the best retailers in the market. In 2005, Cielo Vista Mall went through a renovation dramatically improving the center and helping to drive increased sales. An announcement was made in May 2015 that Cielo Vista Mall would undergo an additional potential expansion. This expansion would include an enhanced collection of fine retailers and restaurants. It is expected to include 35 to 40 new specialty stores and three to four restaurants.
3 THE CENTER OF STYLE Since opening in 1980, Miami International Mall has remained one of the benchmark of shopping for Miami consumers. Thee center remains a collection of the worlds best retail brands, attracting more than 8 million visitors annually.

6 SOUTHWEST TEXAS A WEALTH OF OPPORTUNITY El Paso stands on the Rio Grande in the far western corner of Texas right across the border from Cuidad Juárez. These two cities, along with Las Cruces, New Mexico, create a metropolitan area of over 2.7 million people, the largest bilingual-binational work force in the Western Hemisphere. El Paso is home to Fort Bliss, the second largest army military installation in the U.S. with total employment of 44,842 (active, civilian and reserve), located five miles from the mall. The area has enjoyed tremendous growth in the medical field including a new four-year medical school, a new children s hospital, and a new nursing school. There are over 110,000 students at 33 institutions of higher learning in the region. These institutions include The University of Texas at El Paso, El Paso Community College, plus other colleges, universities and technical schools in the El Paso, TX; Las Cruces, NM; and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico market.
7 ADVANTAGEOUS PROXIMITY The Mexican National market impacts this region tremendously. It draws from not only Ciudad Juarez (1.6 million+) but also the capital city of Chihuahua (largest state in Mexico) and the neighboring Mexican states of Durango, Sonora and Torreon. There were more than 23.5 million northbound crossings in 2013.
8 THE CENTER OF STYLE Cielo Vista Mall showcases the best retailers in the El Paso market and its primary target market and key demographic includes a mixture of two dynamics: a discerning, fashion-forward shopper and young suburban families. This includes both domestic and international shoppers from Mexico. Since the renovation in 2005, Cielo Vista Mall has been able to draw key retailers such as The Apple Store, H&M, Sephora, Banana Republic, Michael Kors and many additional signature brands. Cielo Vista Mall is benefitting from local market growth, in particular in the areas of medical services and tourism, which is driven by the addition of a new $50 million baseball stadium and Triple A baseball team. Fluctuations in the Mexican market are stable, resulting in the return of the international shopper from Mexico.
