3 PROFILE OF THE COMPANY HIGH TECH SERVICES, S. A. de C. V., is a company dedicated to Consultancy of Engineering on design of Intelligent Buildings that it looks for to create an integral project of intelligent building. This is achieved by means of the opportune intervention in the process of architectonic project. HIGH TECH SERVICES, S.A. de C.V. was founded on 1992 with the purpose of providing services of consultancy to the customer to the design of his Intelligent building, developing the basic projects for the required scopes reaches, maintaining always the necessary coordination with the others utilities projects. PHILOSOPHY Our Company is commitment with the continuous improvement, updating day to day on the development of the new technologies, always keeping in mind the benefit of the customer and the country. The tech staff is distinguished by its great professionalism and its strong ethical and human values. High Tech Services provide technical advise to the customer in the concept of automated Building, developing the projects according to the required scopes and coordinating them with the others utilities projects. 4 DESIGN CODES HIGH TECH SERVICES works his designs under NFPA codes and others established by associations like ASHRAE, NOM-001-SEDE-2005, EIA/TIA568, as well as Construction Regulations according to the local and Federal government regulations, in addition to this, the tech staff has the certification of brands like, BOSCH, AMP, BELDEN, AVAYA, KRONE, NORDX, POUYET AND PANDUIT OBJECTIVE Our objective is to elaborate projects following these requirements and needs in a professional way, for this reason the Automatization projects, Structured wire, Electrical, Hydraulic piping, Security and Fire protection, we don t mark some special brand. The selection of the brands and contractor is made by a comparative auction between several companies, choosing to the best one. For the Air Conditioned systems, some brands equipments are put under an analysis of efficiency, on this way we manages to select the most suitable for the project. CONSULTANT'S OFFICE As a part of our service is the technical consultant's office, where we advise with our customers to know and choose the most suitable technology for the development of its project to make a professional installation. High Tech Services also offers the supervision of the installation on systems from each specialty, with this we managed to advise in the decision when the problems arise during the installation. Once finished this project eight companies were invited to participate in the contest, which was evaluated through a wide technical and economic analysis of the different supplies presented by these offerers, concluding this to the elaboration of a technical opinion, that would serve as reference to the client to choose to the companies that developed these systems. Also it was developed the project of the Master Plan of Automatization, Security and Telecommunications of the Intelligent Area of the World Trade Center, which included more than meters square.
