1 DocumentDirect/Mobius on the Web 1) Welcome screen. Click on to enter: 2) Selection screen: 3) Click on next to REPORTS.

2 4) Attach to Server box pops up asking for Recipient ID and Password: ** ** Enter umpublic in Recipient ID: and missouri in Password:. Click on. 5) Selection screen: 6) Click on next to Topic and you see how the reports are sectioned:

3 7) If you are interested in viewing the Vice Chancellor/Vice President node level click on next to VCVP. (The date shown is the date the index for VCVP was created.) 8) To locate the section of report you wish to view, click on, this will bring up a Locate box. Enter the VCVP node you wish to locate in Topic Item: For example if you wanted to look for VP Finance and Administration the VCVP node would be AFIN. Enter AFIN in the Topic Item and click again on.

4 9) AFIN now displays with the reports where it is located: 10) Click on next to AFIN. All the sections that contain AFIN are displayed and the first report page that contains AFIN opens in a new window:

5 11) After you maximize the window you may still want to increase the font size. Click on you will get the following View dialog box: 12) Choose scale size and click to refresh the screen. You may also enter a scale

6 size in the bottom box: Click on to take you to the next page and to return to a previous page. If you want to go to a particular page click on and a Go To dialog box opens. If you have a lot of pages and want to go from the first to the last you can enter the last page number without having to page through each individual page: To get a new section of the report, return to the main window and click the page symbol, to the particular section you wish to view: next You can also get to another section of the same report by clicking on. This will again open a new window and the next section of the report you are viewing will display. For example if you are in AAUDT then ACTRL will open. You can return to the first report you were looking at by clicking on but again a new window will open. You may just want to return to the window that was already open.

7 If you need to look at these sections from another month just click on the the report you are interested in and the same sections will display: next to the date of ToolBar Icons = Previous Page = Search = Next Page = Search Again = Previous Document = View = Next Document = Rotate Counterclockwise = Print = Rotate Clockwise = Print Current Page = Help = Download = Exit = Page Notes

8 To Print Click on and a Print box appears: (the first time you try to print you may get a Security Window asking if you want to install and run a Mobius file. Just click Yes.) Click on Setup and change Orientation to Landscape. **

9 ** It appears that you need to do this each time you print or it comes out portrait, which is too small to read. To Download Click on and the following window pops up: If you want the current section click in the box next to Current Section. You will notice that there is a check box next to Compress into Zip archive format and it is checked. If you don t

10 want a Zip file (a Zip file is a compressed file and you will need a program such as WinZip to expand it into a normal format) then click on the down arrow box next to Download As: and select Comma Delimited (CSV) and uncheck the check box next to Compress into Zip archive format (you have to select Comma Delimited (CSV) first to be able to uncheck the box). Click on the down arrow next to Export Method: and select your report, in this case USGL0025. Click on on the right side of the box and you will get the following dialog box: Save this file to disk is already checked so just click OK and you will get a Save As dialog box:

11 You will probably want to change the file name. When the download is complete you can click on Open from the download dialog box and the section you downloaded will open in Excel. If you don t want to open it immediately you may also go back later to where you saved it, open it, and it will open in Excel.
