5 The portal dashboard Click here to go to the MPN pages. Click here to bring you back to the portal homepage. Support: Link to suggested knowledge articles, chat to an agent or submit a ticket or a dispute. Payment: Track your payments. Skyline Experience not final. Screens subject to change. Admin: Edit your payment profile (above) or add and delete users or change permissions (below). Note These functions are available only to Partner Admins. Notifications: View alerts on recent activities in your account or actions requiring your attention. Programs: Find out about your program (incentive rates etc.), see how enrollment is progressing, make and manage claims and track your earnings and payments. Note This is the Administrator view. Users will not see the Admin tiles.

6 Partner roles on the portal There are two Partner roles on the portal: Administrator (Admin) User View the chart for role capabilities. Only those with Admin rights can manage enrollment, add and delete users, and edit banking details. There is no limit to the number of Partner users or Partner admins allowed on the portal. Portal Admin Portal User Manage enrollment - Manage users - Manage payment profiles - View rebate earnings View coop earnings Access Support, including Chat, Tickets, Knowledge base articles Dispute payments on claims page View banking details and payments Submit coop proof of execution

7 Onboarding to the portal Follow these easy steps to onboard onto the portal Log on Receive an invitation from Microsoft Partner Incentives and follow log on instructions. Enroll Confirm your Partner account details and agreements, and complete your banking and tax information. View earnings View your earnings as they build up. Once onboarded, your Partner Admin can make changes in these areas: Manage users & Payment profile Set up additional users and/or admins and edit your payment profile as required. Here are some differences to the onboarding process based on your status in a program (for example, new or existing Partner) If you are..a brand new Partner joining a Microsoft Incentive Program Your Partner Admin will receive an invitation to onboard to the portal. Be sure to have all your banking and tax details handy to enter in the portal when you log on. If you are..already enrolled in a Microsoft Incentive Program but moving to the portal Most of your data will be migrated to the portal. Your Partner Admin will receive an invite to the portal. Once you log on you will need to verify the migrated data and may have also to enter additional data. Note Only the MRIT (previously MSClub) Partner Admin will be migrated to the Partner Incentives portal. No Partner users will be migrated. These can be invited by the Partner Admin once they are onboarded.

8 Notifications on the portal The purpose of a Notification is to: Advise you an action is pending (Action required) by either the Partner or Microsoft. Inform you of the status of an activity (Recent activities). Notifications are triggered by: Specific events that occur in the portal such as, during Enrollment, a Notification is triggered advising you to complete the payment profile. To view all Notifications: Click the Notifications tile on the main homepage. Click the Notifications heading on the top menu bar. From here, you can jump to the page that requires action or view an activity. Note Once you have read a Notification, you can archive it. To archive it click here for each item. ACTION REQUIRED The Transition Plan Microsoft wants to ensure you and your teams have time to prepare for the transition and as such we are sharing the current plan of record. Please note this is subject to change in order to ensure the best possible experience. In the below table you will see the major milestones (User Onboarding and System Cutover) called out in the timeline with more details below on what to e xpect for each phase. We will continue to update you monthly to ensure a successful transition. Note: - Please see attachment for the transition timeline * User Onboarding windows are currently in work and will be shared once more details become available. DETAILS / PURPOSE Transition Requirements Please complete all of the following actions by October 31, 2014: Reminder! Ensure your current primary and secondary User Administrator(s) information is updated and accurate in EMEA Managed Reseller incentive tool o Important : The Primary User Administrator will be the user receiving the invitation to the new platform and will be required to take action. SPECIAL NOTE: Invitations should not be forwarded. NEW! Update your Banking Account Details in EMEA Managed Reseller incentive tool by clicking on the Profile Information tab o Important: The bank account information will be migrated to the new platform and payments will be made to this bank account. NEW! Update your Language Preference in EMEA Managed Reseller incentive tool by clicking on the Profile Information tab o Important: The language preference will be migrated to the new platform. NEW! New FY15 Partners will need to complete registration in EMEA Managed Reseller incentive tool o Important: Only partners on the current tool can be migrated to the platform which saves you time in the enrollment process. o Note: Invitations from the tool have already been sent. If you have not received the Invitation, please contact your Partner Sales Executive (PSE) or Tele Partner Account Manager (T-PAM). NEW! Ensure your platform users are currently using a supported internet browser o Note: Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Chrome or higher, and Firefox 26.0 or higher.
