3 1.- HISTORY The gates in the cargo containers (tanks) are located on the top side and many times on curved metal surfaces (often wet). This set up causes serious accidents during the loading / unloading, as it requires that a worker must access it and perform the opening and closing maneuver manually. Access to the container, apart from the difficulty due to its height, requires the need of an access item (stairs in most cases), and in certain circumstances it is an added risk. This manual system requires the manual operator to rise to large heights and maneuver on uneven surfaces (spherical) and slippery (damp, loose product), with the force produced during the closing of causing an accident. The new system we present the disappearance of all risk elements of the current closure caps, as the opening system is via remote control without the need for access to the cap, and security systems prevent the opening of the same under pressure and the truck starting with the cap open, among others. This system has a significant direct cost savings in the process of loading / unloading, and the possibility of guiding the truck in the loading process, enabling the alignment of each mouth of the truck with the loading mouth of the set filling. Is possible the implementation of these automatic gates in the existing tankers. Página 3 de 12

4 2.- ADVANTAGES AND OPTIONS OF PRODUCT BCR-X520 ADVANTAGES: Is not necessary to have an access to the gate in the process of opening and closing. Allows the waste deposited in the tank to be eliminated after charge of. Eliminates the need for external protective accessories to the tank (life lines, platforms...). Once closed, the sealing is continuous, even without pressure in the truck. Allows maintenance to the inside of the tank with easy access (550 mm. Diameter) and security features provided by the system. The truck can not start while the gates are open. The gate closure is instantaneous after the charge, avoiding product contamination by rain, airborne dust... The kit is ready for installation, and only requires air and electrical power to 24V. Easy installation in tanks.. Cost savings in time for loading / unloading / cleaning. The risk of explosion is eliminated, the gate acts as a safety valve in the event of exceeding the 2.2 bar.
