2 What does it do? -Telephone access to the Internet- is software that enables Internet applications to run on voice and dial-tone inputs. It downloads Web pages using HTTP (or HTTPS) just like a web browser, but instead of displaying content on screen will express content by sound. In navigation is accomplished by using a telephone keypad or your voice, instead of a mouse or keyboard. How does it work? -A custom solution for natural expression- Typical websites are written for computer screens, so they may cause some unnatural or ambiguous sentences when read by other voice servers. Reading websites that are written to be read on screen isn't enough to create a professional impression for customers who visit your website. Since uses HTML, you only need to add some extension expressions to your existing HTML code to create a superior phone experience. 4 Where can you use it? -Your entire website is accessible- Most companies will provide a contact page on their website. A sample contact page is shown on the left. When customers access the page using their web browser, they can type their comments in the given text box. Customers accessing the page using voice-enabled services will record their messages instead of typing. Companies will receive these recorded messages as sound files.
