So pls make sure to send the payment 5 days before the delivery of the vehicles Shipping procedure ITALY DUBAI Three working days before the delivery to ITALY, each team has to send an to BFG BEST FOR GOODS ( [email protected] ) with the following documents: - PACKING LIST FORM DULY FILLED IN FULL, SIGNED AND STAMPED. 1 PACKING LIST PER EACH VEHICLE + 1 PACKING LIST PER EACH PALLET. SEE FORM NAMED PACKING LIST ITALY-DUBAI - REGISTRATION DOCUMENT - VEHICLE REGISTRATION ( LIBRETTO DI CIRCOLAZIONE ) - PROPERTY CERTIFICATE ( CERTIFICATO DI PROPRIETA' ) - FISCAL CODE OF THE OWNER ( CODICE FISCALE DEL PROPRIETARIO ) - DRIVER LICENCE COPY - DRIVER PASSPORT COPY - AGREED PRICE FOR THE TRANSPORT - COPY OF THE PAYMENT TO BFG BEST FOR GOODS - DAY OF DELIVERY TO OUR WAREHOUSE

4 PS 1: Vehicles will be not accepted without the above mentioned pre-notice via PS 2: Its NOT allowed to load goods or vehicles inside cars/vans/trucks without the related declaration Cars must be empty and goods must be loaded separately on pallet only. It is allowed to load vehicles ( bikes, quads or cars ) and/or goods inside vans or trucks but vehicles must be declared on the related packing list for vehicles and goods must be loaded on pallets and for each pallet you must fill up the related packing list for goods on pallets. PS 3: Each vehicle and each pallet MUST be CLEARLY marked with the related packing list. Please remember to print it and fix it to your vehicles and/or pallet.
