I don t have a security system at home. If I benefit from the Cable or Wireless security systems, what will I have except the packet? 3 Wireless Magnetic Ignition Exterior Siren Cable, Montage and Taking to Circuit AHM Subscription for 24 months I have bought Home/Office Security System (Cable/Wireless Packet or Alarm Information receiving Center) before June 1 st 2011, will I pay every month according to your new prices? If you have bought Home/Office security system before 1 st June, the monthly price of the service that you have bought is still valid. New price system is valid for the customers who buy home/office security system by June 2 nd How will this price be shown on my bill? You can make payments for the security packets presented by Tepe Guvenlik special for the customers of Turk Telekom easily over your Turk Telekom bill. In other words, your Turk Telekom bill provides that you benefit from this packet with a special price, as well as that you can make your payments without conditions like credit card or voucher. The price that Tepe Guvenlik will bill to you according to the system you prefer -For the Alarm Information Receiving Center, VAT added 19,90 TL (12 months) -For the Cable and Wireless Security Systems + Subscription of Alarm Center 39,90 TL (24 months) Will take place in addition to your Turk Telekom bill, under the title of price to be paid in the section of Security Service For Whose Revenue is Mediated. Can I benefit from this service for one month? Do I have to undertake? You should participate in the campaign in order to benefit from the services of Home-Office Security Systems and Tepe Alarm Information Receiving Center, which Turk Telekom presents to his subscribers with much more agreeable prices and conditions. If you don t have a system at hand, you should give undertaking for 24 months for the cable or wireless security systems you prefer, which have both

4 device and the Alarm Information Receiving Center subscription, within the campaign. If you want to benefit only from the Alarm Information receiving Center subscription, you should use your line 12 months more. If you want to use only 1 month and withdraw from the campaign, you should pay the penalty for the campaign. The security system is configured to my home/office. Which number will I call when I need support or when there is a breakdown? All of the services of home/office security systems are provided by Tepe Guvenlik. If you have any question or problem about the system, you can call Tepe Guvenlik Hizmetleri call center , 7 days 24 hours. How much will I pay if I withdraw from the campaign, cancel my line or don t perform my undertaking? If a withdrawal from the campaign takes place before the date which is given in the written contract, according to the packet chosen If the Subscriber benefits from Alarm Information Receiving center: The price which is found by multiplying the discount that is provided to him/her for Alarm Following Service (80 TL) monthly 6,66 TL (80/12 months) with the number of months of benefiting from the campaign, is the penalty price of the customer. The penalty price is reflected in the bill of the customer at once. Example: The customer has benefited from Alarm Information Receiving Center for 3 months. The penalty price is 20 TL. (monthly discount price 6,66 TL X number of months of benefiting from the campaign), that is, 6,66X3 months= 20 TL. If the user is benefiting from the Cable or Wireless packet: The device price as well as the ahm penalty price according to the number of the months of benefiting from the campaign will be extracted from the customer. The current price of the device is 600 TL and the price for the campaign is 480 TL. The difference of 120 TL as the penalty price (difference of price) will be reflected in the bill of the customer at once. At the same time the penalty price which equals to (8o TL / 24 months) ahm penalty price difference (monthly discount price 3,33 TL X

5 number of the months of benefiting from the campaign)is reflected to the bill of the customer at once. Because that the device belongs to the subscriber, the difference between 600 TL 120 TL, that is the remaining price of device will be followed by Tepe Guvenlik and Tepe Guvenlik will extract this price from the customer. In this case: -If no installment was paid within the campaign, the current price of the device which is 600 TL -If installments were paid, the price found by multiplying the monthly price of campaign for the system (device) (20 TL) with the number of the paid months and then deducing this price from the current price of the system, will be paid by the subscriber in monthly installments to the place determined by Tepe Guvenlik. Example: If the Subscribers prefers Cable or Wireless Packet and wants to withdraw from the campaign at the end of the 3. month, the subscriber is obliged to pay For the Alarm Following Service 3,33 TL X 3 months = 9,99 TL For the System (600 TL- (20 TL X 3 months))= 540 TL, in sum 549,99 TL. The subscriber is obliged to pay in this price 9,99 TL TL= 129,99 TL penalty price at once to Turk Telekom. The remaining price for the device which is 549,99 TL 129,99 TL = 420 TL before the end of the subscription date in monthly installments to Tepe Guvenlik. Tepe Guvenlik will follow this payment. I have resigned from the campaign for any reason and I will pay penalty. Will I pay this price over my Turk Telekom bill? If you withdraw from the campaign willingly or for the cancellation because of debt or if you don t agree with your undertake or for any other reason, you will pay the Penalty Prices for the Campaign in the next bill following your resignation from the campaign over Turk Telekom bill. In addition, you will pay the remaining price which is the sum of the monthly installments for the packet that you have chosen to Tepe Guvenlik. When you withdraw from the campaign, the sum of the unpaid monthly installments which are owed to Tepe Guvenlik, will be paid to Tepe Guvenlik.

6 Where and how this payment should be made will be described at your last bill and also Tepe Guvenlik will communicate with you, our estimated customer. If you pay your last bill which contains the penalty price for the campaign without the need of any provisions and without problem, your revenue will be made by Turk Telekom. But if you don t pay Turk Telekom bill price and in addition Penalty Price for Withdrawal from the Campaign at your last bill, your debt will be to Tepe Guvenlik. Your revenue will be made by Tepe Guvenlik. Are these packets proper for my home? How can I know? These packets which are presented especially for the customers of Turk Telekom are proper for 3 rd ground and above Standard Apartment flats. That is only a precaution against the theft interference from the outdoor. The additive products and their prices will be informed to you when the appointment for the montage is given by Tepe Guvenlik Teams according to the number of the windows and doors through which can be entered to your house. The technical teams of TEPE which come for the configuration will make your configuration with the most suitable material, after seeing your home. In addition you can attach smoke and gas detector to the system if you wish. How the system works? You can connect the system by entering your code or by clicking to a button with a remote control. System can be connected in two different ways, when you are at home and out of home. Will you pay if a theft occurs after the alarm system is set up? The alarm system presented by Tepe Guvenlik is system to prevent unwanted events. In such a condition no payment will be made by Turk Telekom or Tepe Guvenlik.

7 What Is The Alarm Information receiving Center? How does It Work? The alarms come within the Alarm Center Service are classified and then evaluated. (Alarms like theft, panic, fire, ambulance etc.) and with the command of the authority, notifications are made to the responsible institutions (police, ambulance, fire departments) for control and intervention. Alarm Information Center controls regularly the alarm system with daily test signals. Because the breakdowns which the customer can t detect are followed by Alarm Information Receiving Center thanks to these test signals, the intervention can be made as soon as possible. Information is nor given and the procedures are not made without the information of the code, because the privacy is the fundamental principal. Are the factors like frequency/ray/signal which are produced when the materials sense each other in the wireless system, harmful to the health? The devices used in the wireless system communicate with 433 Mhz. This frequency band is called the free band and is open to civil usage. This frequency is convenient to laws and within limitations in the devices which are produced in Canada and have international CE certificate. It carries the same specialties with the radio frequency which you listen at your home. I am a tenant at my home and what will happen to my alarm system if I move? If you move from your home, the alarm system will be pulled off from your old home and will be transferred to your new home in exchange for a price and the montage will be made. I have an insurance, why should I need the home security system? Insurance is a system which is put into use to compensate your damage after the theft, fire etc. has happened. In contrary, the alarm system is a system to prevent these instances from the beginning. I like the security system and I want to benefit from the campaign, but I don t want my home to be damaged. Can you provide that? You can set up wireless or cable security systems as you wish. When you are at home, the system can be set up by closing the movement detectors in your area of usage and by opening only the Magnetic Ignitions at the doors and the windows, and you can sleep in peace. When you are outside of the home, you can open the whole system. How much time will be needed for repair, if a breakdown in the alarm system occurs? A breakdown in the alarm system will be repaired within 48 hours by the TEPE technical teams. Does the system work, if the Telekom line is cut? Alarm system sends all the information over the telephone line. If the telephone line is cut when the system is set up, the alarm system will sense this as a sabotage and warns the surrounding area with sirens. Is Another Telephone Line Needed for the alarm system? The alarm system will be connected to the line which you already use. This is not an obstruction for Adsl, fax or phoning. You can receive all services over the same line. In the case of an alarm, the system will cut your phoning and give priority to alarm. Does the system work if the electric goes out? If electric goes out, the accumulator inside the panel will start to work. System works minimum 8 hours uninterrupted, according to the number of products in the system. In this case the system will be working. When the accumulator weakens, the signal of Accumulator is weak will go to the Alarm Information Receiving Center and you will be informed. The accumulator will recharge itself after the electric comes again. How many hours does the montage take? The hour for the montage can vary according to the number of detectors and of being cable/wireless of the detectors. (montage time for wireless is shorter, because cable stringing is not made). After removing the case of the steeled door and opening the door easily, when at the moment of smiling, suddenly the alarms begin to work and he starts to escape rolling from the stairs in the same panic. Movement Detector: Alarm begins to work by sensing the movement of the person or persons when the system is set up ; the sirens ring; the signal fall to the screens of the Alarm Center. Operator calls the authority and informs him/her and with his/her consent the Police are directed to the scene. SCENARIO 2 (Movement Detector): The thief stands in front of the window, after watching the surroundings he enters in by cutting the glass quietly. The sirens ring. At this moment the light of the movement detector is seen; again by the sending of the signals over the telephone line, the image of the Alarm Center appears. Medical Alarm Button: By clicking for a few seconds on the key pad or on the Medical Alarm button over the remote control, the signal reaches to the Alarm Center. The sirens don t ring. Operator calls the home/office and after learning the situation, directs the ambulance to the scene. (The system is open 24 hours, even though not set up). The emergency button over the remote control in the wireless system can be arranged as medical alarm button too. SCENARIO 3 (Medical Alarm): A grandfather who plays with his grandchildren at home appears. Suddenly he can t breathe and he touches his heart. The grandchildren realizes the situation and, after a brief period of panic, he goes to the key pad and clicks the Medical Alarm Button, soon afterwards the phone rings, he can t notify because he can t know the number of the ambulance for he is too little, but he responds to the telephone of the Alarm Center with crying. The ambulance is already directed. Panic Button: By clicking on the panic button which is on the key pad or the remote control for a few seconds, the signal reaches to the Alarm Center. If there is no special demand against that, the sirens will ring. The signal reaches to the Alarm Center, the operator callas the home/office and after learning the situation, directs the responsible department to the scene. (The system is open 24 hours even if not set up).

13 SCENARIO 4 (Panic Button) (remote control) Hasn t yet set up the system before going to sleep. A young woman realizes that the door is forced late at night before going to sleep. She hasn t yet set up the alarm system. She approaches to the key pad and clicks on the panic button, or rings the sirens by clicking on the panic button on the remote control and the image of her talking with the Alarm Center on the phone appears. Fire Alarm Button: The signal reaches to the Alarm Center by clicking on the smoke detector which will be added to the system or on the button on the key pad for a few seconds. The sirens ring. Operator calls home/office and approves the situation, then sends the fire department to the scene. (The system is open 24 hours even if not set up). SCENARIO 5 (Fire Alarm): The appearance of a little child playing with the matches while his/her mother isn t home is seen. The flames begin to spread slowly. Smoke detector senses the situation and rings the sirens, warns the surrounding area ant the signals falls to the Alarm Center. Gas Detector: The gas detector which can be added to the system, sense the gas leakage (unburned gases like natural gas and LPG) in the place and the signals reach to the Alarm Center. The sirens ring. Operator calls home/office and approves the situation, then sends the fire department to the scene. (The system is open 24 hours even if not set up). SCENARIO 5 (Gas Alarm): The natural gas open on the cooker while the meal is cooked dies down with the effect of the wind coming from the window left open, and the gas spreads in the place warning those who are inside by the ringing of the sirens, or if nobody is at home, the authorities of the home/office are informed by the falling of the signal to the Alarm Center, a danger of explosion or fire is prevented because the danger is known earlier. SCENARIO 6: The thief tries to break in from the uppermost ground of the apartment, through the chimney of the fireplace. As he falls inside the fireplace and rolls on the ground, movement sensing detectors begin to work and the sirens begin to ring.
