FIORE TechnologiesS.p.A. is producing boilers for electrical power plants, stacks air/gas, filters and all the special pieces/fittings used for steel mill plants, burning plants, cement plants etc. FIORE TechnologiesS.p.A. producing complete fire fighting tanks, external or underground placed, complete with necessary pumping system and accessories. FIORE TechnologiesS.p.A. is producing special tanks by stainless steel materials used in the petrol-chemical sector for chemical and corrosive products. FIORE TechnologiesS.p.A. is producing tanks for cryogenic gas storage, cooling/heating piping with the use of austenitic stainless steels AISI and ferritic steels AISI series 400. FIORE TechnologiesS.p.A. cans perform all the non destructive tests as X rays, ultrasonic, magnetoscopic and liquid penetrant tests. The Company has all the necessary technical and commercial know-how in order to obtain the certification VISION 2000 as per new European regulation. Hydraulic cutting machine: maximum width 3000 mm, maximum thickness 15 mm. 2. Bending machine by numeric electronic board: maximum length 4000 mm, maximum thickness 12 mm. 3. Bending roll machine for cones and cylinders: maximum length 3100 mm, maximum thickness 70 mm. 4. Oxygen lance cutting platform by numeric electronic board: size 5000x2000 mm, maximum thickness 100 mm. 5. Automatic welding plants: of different types: submerged arc welding and impulse welding TIG, electrode, MIG/MAG, etc. 6. n 4 platforms for submerged arc welding complete with manipulators and roller position devices. 7. Cutting, punching, drilling, lathe devices etc for particular and special working processes, specialised sub-suppliers can follow. 8. Mouving and loading equipment: n 3 overhead cranes 5 tons, n 2 overhead cranes 15 tons, forklifts, and n 1 mobile crane 15 tons. 9. Painting plant for sand-blasting, metal spraying and painting equipment complete with drying plant for dimensions up to 6600 mm (height) and 4000 mm (diameter). Thermal treatments are performed by specialized sub-suppliers.
