ATEX approval for manufacturing Ex e and Ex t type and assembling Ex d type temperature sensors Amongst the first temperature sensor manufacturers in Europe, SKS Group Oy has acquired a ATEX certificate according to the EU directive 94/9/EC. The certificate VTT 02 ATEX Q 001 was granted by VTT Expert Services Ltd. The latest update of this certificate authorizes manufacturing of Ex e and Ex t type and assembling of Ex d type temperature sensors intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. IECEx quality assessment reported manufacturing process for manufacturing Ex e, Ex t and Ex d type temperature sensors SKS Group Oy sensor manufacturing operations are also IECEx Quality Assessment Reported according to the standard EN ISO/IEC IECEx QAR Refrence No. FI/VTT/QAR /00.
