Ordering stock from the Manufacturers for the whole year in form of Pre Books ensuring the correct balance of stock at all times and arranging DEMO Days upon delivery. Negotiating demo, rental and close out hardware/apparel plus all other purchases in order to increase margins so offering the most competitive prices. Negotiated contracts with all Golf Courses in the Alicante, Murcia & Almeria area to sell green fees. This has now grown to become a standalone business. ( Working closely with Sales Manager, Branch Managers and sales staff to fulfill targets and sales plus day to day running of both stores.
