3 GALIA Overview French Organization governed by the French law of 1901 Created in 1984 Founder members: PSA Peugeot Citroën, Renault and about thirty automotive industry suppliers Member of European organization ODETTE since 1984 Today, about 260 members 190 industrial companies 60 service providers companies 10 organizations Operation Board of directors with 18 members (4 or 5 meetings per year) : Strategic orientations Agreement of new members Accounts Committees for important fields of activity: Logistics Engineering ENX users Staff of GALIA : 8 permanent people Over 150 participants of member companies of GALIA in workshops

4 Missions of GALIA GALIA Overview To develop recommendations for product and information exchange between partners of the automotive industry. About 170 standards since the creation of GALIA To provide its members with recommendations. To promote implementation by automotive industry companies of solutions resulting from these recommendations. To contribute in the production of tools in conformity with specifications of the recommendations. To inform potential users of the tools available. To represent and stand up for its members interest close to French, European and international organisations working in the same areas and on the same topics.
