We only use the best quality BT/Verizon-quality business-class calling that avoids cheap but ineffective grey-cost routing, utilising the industry s leading VoIP platform. Having our datacenters in close proximity to Asia s top 20 internet exchange points ensures the fastest response times and the highest level of interconnectivity services available anywhere. Furthermore, the geographical diversification of our locations serves as an additional layer of security by minimising our risk of loss and service interruptions owing to potential natural disasters and other extreme situations. Capacity With so many businesses relying on VoIP4Cloud, we handle roughly 500 million minutes of voice traffic per annum. Our customers can be rest assured that our datacenters are capable of handling twice this capacity, which provides us with enormous scope for growth. In order to prevent expansion efforts affecting our customers phone services, we maintain full-scale laboratory testing facilities, which enable us to trial any network amendments prior to rollout. Availability Power and temperature regulation systems are all state of the art. This includes N+1. If one system should fail, another full-capacity system will automatically and seamlessly take its place. All our power systems are monitored electronically every 15 seconds and alerts are sent automatically via SMS. Our datacenter operations utilise VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Alert) systems and also oversee heat and carbon monoxide levels.
