Your wedding day is one of the biggest and most joyous events of your life. Let me help you make this day joyful and special by taking some of the stress of wedding planning off your plate. I will work with you one on one to create the perfect wedding invitation and coordinating details for your big day. We will chat about you and your fiance, how you met, your wedding style, and everything in between. I want to get to know you so I can better design your wedding stationery. Your save the date is the first impression your guests get of your wedding. From there, it s the invitation. And then they will see all the little paper details on the day of your wedding. I can help you make sure that all of those pieces tie together with matching wedding invitation suites and wedding collections for the day of details.

4 THE PROCESS STEP 1: CONSULTATION Designing your custom invitation suite will begin with a consultation to get started on the process. At this time, I will want to know all of the details of your big day and your personality and style. At this time, you can provide me with images or a Pinterest board with inspiration for your big day. *Due to the detailed nature of custom wedding invitations, please contact me at least 6 months before your wedding date. STEP 2: QUOTE + DEPOSIT I will provide you with a detailed quote of your wedding stationery. Your quote will depend on selected package and upgrade options. Once you have chosen an invitation suite option based on the quote, a $50 deposit is due in order for Printed Ink to start design work. STEP 3: INSPIRATION I will provide you with an inspiration board to use as a style guide for your wedding stationery designs. STEP 4: DESIGNS Upon approval of the inspiration board, you will receive your first round of designs via . STEP 5: REVISIONS Via , please provide me with any edits to the designs that you would like to see and I ll get to work refining the pieces. We ll exchange s or calls back and forth until the designs are perfect! STEP 6: FINAL PROOF AND PAYMENT I will send you a final proof for you to review, sign off on and then collect the remaining payment (KY sales tax will be applied to orders within Kentucky.). Payment may be sent via check or Pay Pal. STEP 7: ORDER PRODUCTION Once payment is received, your order will be put into printing production and shipped to you! Final invitations can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered depending on the complexity of the order. Invitations should be mailed to your guests 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding, so please allow for this timeframe.

7 TIMEFRAME + FAQ Custom invitation orders are requested to begin at least 4-6 months before your wedding date, if not much earlier to guarantee ample time for designs, proofing and printing. Save the dates are typically mailed at least 6 months before you wedding date so please contact me at least 3 weeks prior to mailing your save the dates. Wedding invitations are mailed 6-8 weeks before your wedding. In the case in which save the dates were mailed, your invitations need to mail 6 weeks before your wedding date. Please allow around 4 weeks before mailing date for printing and shipping times. All other wedding details are handled 1-2 months before the wedding date. HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY PROOF? You will receive a digital proof within 3-5 business days from the time payment is received. If you need this sooner, ask me about my rush fee. Please make sure you proof ALL of the info on your order before you print. Once you have approved your file, you agree that all of the information is accurate. (This includes: Day, Date, Time, Names, punctuation and any and all text) SHIPPING All items are shipped via USPS priority mail. A $12 shipping and handling fee will be added to your order. A $15 shipping and handling fee will be added to orders of a quantity over 100, and $18 for orders over 200. Shipping/Handling charges are a flat rate. I am not responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to me due to a wrong shipping address (address provided by the customer). I am also not responsible for items damaged in transit. PAYMENTS Currently I can accept payments online through paypal or via check. Payment must be received before design proof is sent. A $50 deposit is required before the design process can begin. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? I take great pride in my work and work closely with you to create a one-of-a-kind item. Most of my items are customized specifically for you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of receiving your item and I will review complaints on a case by case basis.
