All Mexican chess players who have El and different national rating, will be considered the highest for purposes of classification in the appropriate category. All participants may request up to 2 breaks (byes of ½ point each) in the first two rounds of any category. Breaks must be requested at the time of registration. VII. 7 VIII. COMPETITION SYSTEM Swiss system based on rating 9 rounds for the 1st Force category and 7 rounds for other categories. IX. COMPETITION RULES For all categories time limit is 90 minutes per player for the whole game. From move 1 30 seconds will be added after each move. In case of not having a digital clock, 2 hours per player for the entire game. Waiting time: 30 minutes after the scheduled hour to start the round. After that time shall be declared forfeit, which will cause low event, unless the arbiter of his category is notified before making the next match. X. LAWS OF CHESS The Chess laws and regulations established by FIDE will be used. 8 During play mobile phones and other electronic devices must be completely switched off and placed in a bag below the table or on the table in front of the player. Only one prize will be awarded per player. If a player gets some special prize and it has been located in a prize in the overall standings, the player will choose the grand prize, in which case the special prize will be awarded to the next highest located. 10 XIII. CHESS BOARD AND CLOCK It is the responsibility of the participants to bring your chess board and digital clock. The organization does not assume responsibility for lack of these. XIV. MISCELLANEOUS If for the number of participants had to adjust the number of rounds in some categories, will be communicated at the beginning of the first round.
