1 Dear Presidents of National Organizations, Country Representatives, WKO Brach Chiefs, Club Leaders on behalf of European Karate Organization we have the honor to invite you to the EUROPEAN KYOKUSHIN / SHINKYOKUSHIN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP 2015 FOR ADULTS AND JUNIOR of April Warsaw, POLAND The European Kyokushin Karate Championship will take place on of April in Warsaw, Poland, at Torwar Hall.

Weight categories and number of participants for each country a) European championships for adults (born in 1996 and older): Kumite men Lightweight -70 kg Middleweight kg Heavyweight kg Super Heavyweight +90 kg Kata men Protection Men Groin protection Kumite women Lightweight -55 kg Middleweight kg Heavyweight +65 kg Kata women Protection Women Breast protection (only the cup type is allowed) Shin protection b) European championships for juniors (born in ): Kumite Boys: -55 kg, kg, kg, kg, 70-75, kg +75 kg Kumite Girls: -55 kg, kg, kg, +65 kg Kata Boys and Kata Girls Protection Boys Groin protection Helmet Shin protection Protection Girls Breast protection (only the cup type is allowed) Helmet Shin protection c) 2 participants per country in each category KUMITE and KATA. Organizing Nation has one extra participant in each category.

3 2.Preliminary schedule Wednesday: Arrival of EKO Board, EKO referee and grading committees, participants Dinner for EKO Board Thursday: Arrival of participants 10:00-18:00 Weight and medical control 10:00 EKO referee committee meeting 10:00 EKO grading committee meeting 13: EKO Board meeting 16:00 Referee registration and meeting Draws All meetings will take place in the Radisson Blu Warszawa Centrum Hotel and TORWAR Sport Hall Friday: European Championships for junior kata and kumite and adults kata 18:00 EKO General meeting (Radison Blu Warszawa Centrum Hotel) Saturday: European Championships for adults 21:00 Sayonara Party (Radisson Blu Warszawa Centrum Hotel) Sunday: Check-out and departure. 3. Financial conditions: a) Accommodation, flight tickets, transportation and meals for all participants shall be covered by National Organization or Club or participant himself; b) EKO participation and antidoping fee 20 Euro per each participant. 4. Accommodation: Official tournaments hotel so as participants registration site is Hotel Radisson Blu Warszawa Centrum***** Total participation cost per one person/competitor from 16 till 19th April 2015 is: 170 euro in twin room with breakfast and Access to wireless internet, Spa & Wellness, including Sayonara Party and transportation to/from tournament 270 euro in single room with breakfast and Access to wireless internet, Spa & Wellness, including Sayonara Party and transportation to/from tournament

Hotel Registration starts on 15 January Please send your hotel requests on Contact person: Marek Odzeniak As all national organizations follow with qualification tournaments we understand that You cannot register Your teams from that day. We would like to make Your full comfort so please send us expected number of Your team participants and hotel You preferred so we can make reservations for Your team as there is limited number of rooms in hotels. Conditions for participating in the Championship for fighters and coaches: All competitors are requested to present: - Payment to the EKO before participation of all outstanding debts. - a written medical certificate (in English) indication that he or she is physically fit and healthy and his/her insurance documents. This medical certificate must not be older than 3 months (women are requested to present written certificate of non-pregnant state); - a signed declaration for participation in the tournament. - Official EKO passport with valid license stamp All Participants and coaches are required to wear National Teams uniforms
