8 Redfield Community Outreach Program Through the generosity of the Nell J. Redfield Foundation, the mission of the RCOP is to provide cultural and educational opportunities to 12 WCSD elementary and middle school students and families. We strive to integrate the efforts of schools, non-profits, and community organizations to provide our children with access to more than 40 external educational resources.

9 Redfield Community Outreach Program Goals To provide students learning experiences with Redfield-sponsored Partners, business/industry, and non-profits inside and outside the classroom To cultivate experiences reinforcing WCSD curriculum and standards To increase involvement and engagement of parents and families To interact with each elementary student at least twice and each middle school student at least once per school year
