3 Tuesday, March 22, 2016 Lunch On Own Dress Rehearsal at Lincoln Center Alice Tully Hall West 65 th Street Concert Call Time and Concert with DCINY The Music of Ivo Antognini Lincoln Center Alice Tully Hall - West 65 th Street Post Concert Reception for Performers and VIP Patrons. The reception begin immediately after the concert and will include a buffet dinner, dessert and unlimited soft drinks and adult beverages. (Location Wednesday, March 23, 2016 *Please keep this entire day free for Dress Rehearsal and Concert. Once the times have been determined, a nearby, low-key activity will be recommended. Breakfast on Own *Depending on flight departure time, group may have time in the morning for additional sightseeing and shopping. Private Bus Charter Transfer to Airport for Return Flight to Kansas City. (Airline to Be Determine) NOTES/SUGGESTIONS: The cost of an additional concert performance is not included in the package price. Information needed to apply for Tax Exemption in the State of New York has been provided. If approved, your group will be relieved of Hotel Taxes and your package price will be revised. The DCINY Rehearsal Schedule is published approximately 60 days prior to arrival. Your first three evenings are free to plan as you wish, however. Each participant will receive a New York City Subway Map and Guide. Drivers Gratuity is included in the Airport Bus Transfers Gratuity is included with all group meals Baggage Handling at the hotel is included and mandatory for all groups. Housekeeping Gratuity is Not Included. Checked Bag Fees at the Airport are Not Included.

4 Travel Cancellation Insurance Travel Cancellation Insurance is available to your group at an additional cost. Liability Insurance Artist Travel Consultants maintains a current Professional Liability Insurance Policy in the amount of $1,000, Cancellation Policy: Once your airline seats have been booked, you will be allowed to reduce the amount of seats up until December 1, 2015 with no penalty. After December 1, 2015, you will be responsible for 90% of the total amount of seats blocked up until January 19, There will be no refunds after January 19, Free name changes can be made up to 7 days prior to departure. You cannot pick and choose seat assignments for Group Space. Space is reserved in the rear of the cabin, and in most cases, seats are assigned in the order they appear on the airline flight list, therefore please plan accordingly. An increase in the amounts of seats(after contracted) will be based on availability and subject to a rate increase. The actual flight number and times will be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival. Artist Travel Consultants, with approval of the Group Leader, reserves the right to change the airline based on lower fares and better schedules that may become available prior to December 1, You will be able to reduce 20% of your anticipated room block free of charge up until December 1, There will be no reduction in rooms after December 1, Free name changes are allowed up until 7 days prior to arrival. Theatre tickets are 100% NON REFUNDABLE. Before paying for the tickets, the total number of tickets that are needed will be confirmed with the group leader and this policy will be reiterated. The due dates for the payment of theatre tickets are dictated by the box office. Dinner Reservation guarantees are due and payable by January 19, No refunds for dinner reservations will be granted after final payment. The Dinner locations will be based on budget, proximity hotel and availability. The Metro Cards will be purchased once final payment is received. Central Park There are so many things to do and see in Central Park: Take a ride on the world famous Carousel ($2.50 for the ride); check-out the many monuments such as Alice in Wonderland, Hans Christian Anderson and the 107 th United States Infantry to name a few. You won t want to miss paying tribute to the most famous Beatle - John Lennon by visiting his living memorial Strawberry Fields. There is also the Central Park Zoo open daily from 10:00am 4:30pm - $12.00 admission gets you up close to a wide variety of animals and exhibits. Free Museum Admission schedules vary based on the time of year. For up-to-date information visit closer to your arrival date. Walk the High Line New York City s pristine gardens that sit above the streets of Chelsea. Visit the sets of Good America or The Today Show for a chance to sing on live TV! Rockefeller Center Self-Guided tours of Rockefeller Center are available at the Visitor s Center.
