Was established in 2004, following the acquisition of ERON company, a company providing from 2000 specialized technical maintenance services in the Greek market. Today, INMAINT provides comprehensive services - Integrated Facility Services including management, operation, maintenance and upgrading of large Business & Industrial Properties, Hospitals, Hotels and Sports Facilities. 2

5 - The Company INTRAKAT was founded in 1987 and today has evolved into a powerful construction group in Greece with an extensive international presence. The company has been listed on the Athens stock Exchange since 2001 and holds a level 7 public works license from the registry of public works contractors. In 2005 it merged with the steel construction company INTRAMET. 11 SERVICES The services offered byinmaint include: Preventive Maintenance Regular surveys and inspections, tests and adjustments according to equipment specifications, as well as relevant regulations, guidelines and facility-specific operating standards. Preventive maintenance aims to ensure a facility s smooth, trouble-free and secure operation, reduce operating costs, decrease energy consumption and contribute towards protecting the environment. Corrective Maintenance Correction and repair of faults and failures that frequently occur unexpectedly causing partial or total loss of function or downgraded equipment performance. A round-the-clock facility support option through a help desk based on a BMS system is also available as part of this service Upgrading Services Building Reconstructions and Renovations Modification or upgrading of facilities through the addition or substitution of parts, materials and equipment or replacement of the entire facility to comply with current operating regulations or business requirements, reducing operating costs and ensure spare parts availability. Operation Management of Building Facilities All or part of the operation management functions required by a modern building, hospital, hotel, industrial or sports facility which along with maintenance services include: Technical Consulting Services, Air Conditioning / Heating, Ventilation, Lighting Facilities Management, Remote Monitoring, Cleaning, Landscaping and Waste Removal services. 11

12 MAINTENANCE Preventive Maintenance Preventive Maintenance is a basic precondition for the smooth and long term operation of your equipment with the lowest possible cost. In order to achieve this objective, preventive maintenance includes periodical inspection, regulation, cleaning, and interventions for small repairs and emergency replacement of equipment as per the technical manuals and the specialization of the maintenance technicians. The above mentioned actions always take place in accordance with the authorities and organizations and the various instructions of the Public Organizations. 12

13 MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION Technical management and operation services are provided for housing complexes, shopping centers, office building, hotels, athletic spaces and building installations in general, under which, apart from the maintenance of E/M and building installations, the management of subcontractor contracts [project estimates, costing, contract signing] is also undertaken, such as the issuing of communal charges and the financial management of all utility obligations, as well as any other service the customer requires. Cleaning and Security Services, including Pest Control and Disinfection, Landscaping Services are also provided. Examples are shopping centers, medical and athletic centers, office buildings, house complexes. 13

14 BUILDING RECONSTRUCTIONS AND RENOVATIONS In the framework of provision of comprehensive solutions for our customers, we have developed and operate the New Works Dept. which undertakes Electromechanical and Building work as follows: A. Redevelopment of internal spacesbuilding infrastructures [e.g. modifications, transfers and creation of new work spaces], Metalwork such as aluminum constructions and carpentry. B. Redevelopment of exterior spaces aiming at reducing energy consumption in combination with an aesthetic upgrade fulfilling modern structural requirements. C. Replacement of electromechanical equipment, addressing needs and offering solutions for the reduction of energy consumption, water saving and environmental protection through the use of latest technology, environmentally friendly equipment and materials. 14
