9 EVERSHINE HAIR CONDITIONER MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE Heat phase A up to C. Maintain temperature and add part B little by little while stirring. Keep ph below ph 3,5. Each part of Evermine 22 should be completely dissolved before adding the next one. Stir until a clear solution is obtained. Add and dissolve part C. Homogenize. Cool down to room temperature while stirring. Add ingredients of phase D below 50 C. Emulsify phase A slowly and stepwise to phase B while stirring. Homogenize until a homogenous emulsion is obtained. Cool down to room temperature and add ingredients of phase C below 40 C. Add and dissolve A2 while stirring and hydrate for appr. 10 min. Heat phase B to 70 C while stirring. Add phase B to phase A while stirring. Homogenize. Cool down to room temperature while stirring. 17 HOLIDAY HAIR & BODY SHAMPOO MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE Place phase A in the main vessel at room temperature and stir until completely dissolved. Add and dissolve part B. Check ph-value (ph 3,5 4,0). Add and dissolve presolution of Evermine 22 (.C) and stir until a clear solution is obtained. Add and dissolve ingredients of phase D in given order. Check ph-value (4,8 5,2). Adjust viscosity with Sodium Chloride and ph with Sodium Hydroxide(E). Please note: Evermine 22 is soluble only at acidic ph between ph 3,5 4! MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE EVERMINE 22 (10% SOL.) PROTECT FROM FROST! Heat phase A to C and keep temperature at 80 C. Add B little by little while stirring. Keep ph below ph 3,5. Each part of Evermine 22 must be completely dissolved before adding the next one. In case of ph increase > ph 3,5 add more Citric Acid (Evermine 22 is only soluble at ph < 3,5). During the solubilizing process a viscous jelly (clear gel) structure may occur. When Evermine 22 is completely dissolved, start to cool down to room temperature while stirring. Add B2 in given order and maintain temperature at 80 C. Homogenize completed phase B. Emulsify phase A slowly and stepwise to phase B while stirring. Homogenize until a homogenous emulsion is obtained. Cool down to room temperature. Add ingredients of phase C below 40 C.
