HP will be not be responsible for any miscommunication in this regard. 2. The serial number of the Notebook/Desktop will be used to check validity of the offer on the Notebook/Desktop. 3. The customer has to register on by 21st August, 2013 and all documents have to reach Solutions by 31st August, Claim will be Rejected if these timelines are not followed. 4. The validation of your document submission, product selection, balance amount (if applicable), will be done within 7 days of receipt of your documents by Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. An will be sent to your registered mail id providing whether your claim is approved / rejected or requires further clarification. 5. The digital Carepaq certificate for additional 2 years onsite warranty ( if applicable ) and the products which are redeemed(if approved)will be issued to the customer within 30 days of the approval of claim / realisation of the cheque. 6. Please note that the claim will be processed ONLY if the Name on the invoice, identity proof and the name registered on the registration site is same. We request your attention to this point and request you to submit appropriate details to ensure timely claim approval. 7. 5 8. The HP product models covered under this offer are also available without this offer. 9. The redemption site will ONLY be active till August 21st, 2013, midnight. 10. If the customer registers by 21st August, but does not submit the documents as per the terms and conditions, i.e. by 31st August, 2013, the customer will be ineligible for the offer. 12. Please make sure that the id with which you register is your own id and not the shopkeeper's id. 13. The id and mobile number should be unique for every redemption. If we get 2 or more redemption with the same id or mobile number, the claim will be Rejected. 14. If, for some reason, customer does not redeem products while registering,the discount offer is not applicable. 15. Once the order has been placed after registration and redemption process,that order can neither be cancelled nor modified. 16. In case of any customer issues on redemption, all attempts will be made to ensure the validity of the redemption and resolve genuine issues. 17.
