2 Welcome to ATagora Kappa Sigma ATagora the campus spirit Omega Bringing together all of Alstom Transport s Ile-de-France teams in one railway campus will facilitate synergies between the teams and better integrate our product lines into the head office s operations. ATagora is destined to become a new showcase for Alstom Transport s skills and a testimony to its position as a multi-specialist. One site, 3 buildings ATagora is composed of 3 buildings Omega, Kappa, and Sigma bringing together nearly 2,400 people in a high-quality working environment. Kappa has 7 storeys (excluding parking) and can accommodate up to 700 people. Sigma has 7 storeys (excluding parking) and can accommodate up to 1,000 people. Omega has 7 stories and can accommodate up to 800 people. I hope to see Saint-Ouen become a site where people can enjoy themselves, a true railway-industry campus. Pooling our skills will boost the competitive advantage that we have as a multi-specialist in the rail sector. 11 Accessing ATagora For ATagora site employees Access to each building is controlled by badge readers located at each parking and lobby entrance. Your SESAM badge grants you access to all the buildings and parking areas on the site. For practical and security reasons, the badge must always be visible. Remember ATagora is open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, the buildings can be accessed only with special prior authorization. For special access or parking requests, contact Jacques-Henri Marty via . If you lose your badge, contact the security team: - Omega: Kappa: Sigma: Underground parking We recommend that you use the parking area of the building in which you work. ATagora parking areas are accessible to all employees with a SESAM badge. Vehicles may not be left in the parking areas beyond the ATagora site s opening hours except with prior authorization or for service reasons. Parking access For Kappa and Sigma: entrance at 12, rue Adrien Meslier For Omega: entrance at 8, rue Adrien Meslier Kappa: - Unassigned spaces on three levels. - Capacity: 330 vehicles. - Direct pedestrian access into the lobby. Sigma: - Unassigned spaces on two levels. - Capacity: 246 vehicles. - Direct pedestrian access into the lobby. Omega: - Unassigned spaces on two levels. - Capacity: 352 vehicles. 10

12 Receiving visitors To simplify your visitors arrival, provide them with advance instructions for accessing the building in which their meeting is scheduled. Non-Alstom visitors Visitors will be issued a visitor badge at reception upon presenting ID. If your visitors should come to the reception area of a different building at the ATagora site, the receptionists will inform you of their arrival and direct them to the proper building, where their visitor badges will be issued. Tip A visitor with a badge may move about the entire ATagora site. He or she must always display the badge and must always be accompanied by an Alstom employee. 11

13 Receiving visitors Alstom visitors Visitors must present their Alstom badges upon arrival and identify themselves to the receptionists. If your visitors should come to the reception area of a different building at the ATagora site, the receptionists will inform you of their arrival and direct them to the proper building. By car Spaces are reserved for visitors in each parking area. Please instruct your visitors: - to use the parking area of the building where they have their appointments, if possible, - to announce their arrival using the interphone, - to go to the reception desk. By taxi At Omega, taxis can be accessed at 48, rue Albert Dhalenne. Direct access and the taxi drop-off area are in front of the Omega lobby. At Kappa and Sigma, taxis can be accessed at 12, rue Adrien Meslier. Taxis are authorized to park in front of the Kappa and Sigma buildings. Remember Each parking area has spaces reserved for: service vehicles, visitors, the disabled, motorbikes. 12

15 Lighting, heating and air-conditioning Kappa The lighting and air-conditioning can be adjusted with the remote controls located at the entrance to each work area. They can be used to change the lighting intensity and raise or lower the temperature by 3 C. Sigma Lighting, heating and air-conditioning in the offices are adjusted automatically based on exterior light or interior temperature. Omega A comprehensive renovation that includes the heating and airconditioning system as well as lighting is being planned for all Omega offices. The new system will provide greater comfort thanks to the use of higher-performance, energy-efficient equipment. Tip When a window is opened, the room s air-conditioning automatically stops. We therefore recommend that you do not open the Windows or go onto the balconies at Kappa or Sigma. Remember In the event of a malfunction, submit your request via the portal: 14

16 Sustainable development Sustainable development at ATagora We can all take steps to help protect the environment: - using only recycling bins for selective sorting, - printing only the documents that are strictly necessary and printing on both sides of the paper, - shutting off office equipment when leaving the office, - disposing of used batteries in the bins provided for this purpose. Smoking policy ATagora is an entirely non-smoking site. At Kappa, smoking areas have been set up in the inner road at street level near the cafeteria and on the first floor terrace accessible via the blue landing. At Sigma, several smoking areas have been set aside at the ground floor patios. At Omega, the smoking area is located on the ground floor near the mail room. 15

17 Copy centres Each floor has an average of four copy centres with: A multifunction network copier for: - photocopying, - printing (badge required), - fax, - scan-to-mail (badge required), - scan-to-file. For special projects of any kind (colour and b&w copies, A3/A4/A5 formats, binding and binders, digitization, tracing of drawings, lamination, posters, blueprints, envelope addressing, etc.), contact: Omega copy centre Open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can submit your requests: - in person at the copy station located on the lower level near the mail room - via Omegat REPRO-XEROX/FRSTO01/Transport/ non-alstom - by telephone at Remember All your requests will be billed and will need to include a charge number. Sigma copy centre Managed by Océ Business Services. Open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (4:30 p.m. on Fridays). You can submit your requests: - in person at the copy station located at side 8 on the ground floor - via FRSTO.Transport.Repro.ATagora - by telephone at Tip You may print documents at any copy centre at the ATagora site. Data confidentiality is guaranteed with your SESAM badge. 16

19 Need to hold a meeting? Meeting stations Kappa has 51 meeting stations and Sigma has 83. These hold 2 to 4 people each. Equipment: - 23 flat screen, - hands-free telephone, - network access. Omega has 32 meeting stations that can hold 4 to 6 people. They are equipped with a hands-free telephone and network access. Meeting rooms Kappa has 26 meeting rooms, 2 of which are equipped with video-conferencing systems. Sigma has 22 meeting rooms that hold from 6 to 14 people, and 5 meeting rooms that hold more than 14 people. Omega has 29 meeting rooms. All meeting rooms can be reserved in advance. You can reserve a meeting room anywhere on the ATagora site. Equipment: - 50 flat screen or video projector, - teleconferencing equipment, - whiteboards, - hands-free telephone. To book a meeting room: RESAO 18

20 Need to organize an event or training session? The Kappa room on the ground floor is available for all events and can accommodate up to 100 people. It can be divided into 2 rooms: - Kappa 1: holds 55 people - Kappa 2: holds 45 people Another room (capacity 20 people) on the ground floor is designed for training seminars. At Omega, the Madrid room can hold up to 70 people and can be divided into 2 rooms of equal size. To book a room: RESAO Tip Kappa has a cafeteria area on each floor. At Sigma, cafeteria areas are located on the 3 rd, 4 th, and 5 th floors. 19

Open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. At other times, vending machines with hot drinks and snacks are at your disposal. Floor cafeterias at Kappa and Sigma Vending machines with hot drinks and snacks are located on every floor at Kappa. You can pay with cash or by using your badge (you can format your badge in the Kappa building reception area). At Sigma, the cafeterias are located on the third, fourth and fifth floors. Room service Between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., you can use room service to have hot or cold drinks, fruit baskets or meals delivered to your meeting. Orders should be placed three hours in advance via RESAO when you book the meeting room. Tip You may dine at any ATagora restaurant. Remember You can pay for your meals and drinks at the restaurants and cafeterias using your SESAM badge, which is rechargeable at the terminals located at each restaurant entrance. 21

To reserve a taxi, contact the reception desk: - Omega: Kappa: Sigma: Healthcare/First aid Medical service at Sigma: located on the ground floor, the office is open all day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Break rooms: break rooms are also located on the ground floor of Kappa and on the lower level of Omega. The physician is onsite every day. Contact the medical service: - Omega: Kappa: Sigma: Supply orders The staff handles all supply orders using the ACHAT PRO portal. 25 ATagora services Mail room The mail room sends and receives mail and packages. Centralized in Omega, it is in charge of collecting and distributing internal and external postal mail in each building. Outgoing mail is picked up 2 passages morning and evening. At kappa and sigma The building staff or a mail carrier visits the mail room on the ground floor of each building to collect or drop off mail. Hours: 7:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Last collection (internal and external ATagora mail): 2:45 p.m. At Omega Mail is distributed and collected on each floor. Hours: 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. Distribution: from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. Collection: from 2:45 to 3:10 p.m. Last collection (internal and external ATagora mail): 3:10 p.m. Remember Express deliveries are handled exclusively by DHL until 4:30 p.m. Contact the mail room in each building to request express deliveries. Delivery and pick-up of packages sent via courier is handled in each mail room. 24

Tip Your membership is valid for both facilities. A six-month membership costs 40, and a one-year membership costs

33 Ergonomic movement and posture The effect of tools and equipment Adjust your seat to the proper position: Raise or lower the seat so that your knees are slightly lower than your thighs You can also adjust the seat depth to ensure that the hollow of your knee is open Remember to keep your feet flat on the ground or on a footrest Have a healthy relationship with your screen!
