4 Aims and Objectives To develop at international level the study of scientific and practical matters in order to advance the technical, economic, aesthetic and environmental performance of concrete construction by a) stimulation of research and synthesis of findings, b) transfer into design and construction practice c) dissemination by publications, congresses, courses d) production of recommendations, guidance e) informing members through publications
