1 How to Register for the Applied Biosystems SQL*LIMS Software Administrator Certification Test This initial set of instructions will guide you through the on-line registration process from any region or country. Regional specific guidelines follow this general set of instructions. In order to schedule your exam, you must have an account with Prometric. If you have already opened up an account, you will need to log into your account prior to scheduling your exam. If you have not yet opened up an account, you may do so as part of the process of scheduling your exam. Directions are as follows: IMPORTANT: Regardless of where or how you choose to register, remember to associate the exam you are registering for with the ExamExpress Program, otherwise Prometric will not be able to find the exam. To register online for a test go to the URL Here is the initial Welcome screen. 1. Select Your Area of Study: Information Technology. 2. Select Your Testing Program: Exam Express (EE0, EE1) 3. Select Your Region and click Next

2 4. Click Next again after the brief explanation on the ExamExpress screen. 5. Under Exam Selection, select the name of the exam and press Next. EE0-400 Applied Biosystems Certification Exam The Language will automatically be populated with U.S.. This exam is not offered in any other language at this time. The cost of the exam will appear; however, this Net Price does not take into consideration your test voucher. Once you enter in your voucher information on a later screen, the price will be $0. This voucher must be purchased from Applied Biosystems prior to registering. 6. Choose one of the available Test Centers and then click Schedule an Appointment. 7. Either log into your existing account if you already have one, or create a new account. 8. The calendar for the center you chose will now download. 9. Select an Available Exam Date and Time, then click Next. 10. On the Payment Information screen, select Yes to enter the test voucher number given to you by Applied Biosystems. 11. Select Voucher Number for Discount Type. Then enter the Voucher Number, and select Validate. You will receive an on-screen validation of your exam appointment, as well as a confirmation .

Candidates should arrive at the testing center at least 15 minutes before the test is scheduled to begin. Candidates will be required to bring two forms of identification to the testing site. One form must be a photo ID such as a valid passport or drivers license. The other must have a signature. The test will not be delivered without the appropriate form of identification. Locations where the registration is taken by the site (APTC), the site controls their own schedule. This assures that when an APTC Administrator schedules an appointment with a candidate, there is no chance of conflict or non-availability. Candidates are required to inform APTCs directly if desiring to cancel or change their appointments if they have scheduled their test through an APTC. If you made your registration through the RRC, then you would contact the RRC to cancel. Standard cancellation and reschedule policy in EMEA is two (2) business days in advance of a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with fewer than two business days notice will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, the candidate would need to schedule and pay again in order to take the exam. Test will not be delivered without the appropriate form of identification. Please note that in locations where the registration is taken by the site (APTC), the site controls their own schedule.
