Indian Head Massage, 45 minutes Using gentle and stimulating techniques, this treatment improves blood flow, nourishes the scalp and induces a deep sense of calm. Lymphatic Drainage, 45 minutes A detoxifying treatment using specific movements to stimulate the lymphatic system, improve circulation and boost the immune system. Sensory Spa Journey, 1 hour 30 minutes Two therapists perform a facial ritual and body aroma massage in unique synchronicity for this deeply relaxing signature experience, complimented with a soothing footbath and scalp massage to induce a deep sense of calm. Shiatsu, 1 hour Restore natural balance and wellbeing with this invigorating full body massage, using the application of pressure along the meridians to release trapped energy. Six Senses Signature Massages, 1 hour / 1 hour 30 minutes Detox - a stimulating massage using firming and toning oils to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Subtle Energies - Ayurveda Aromatherapy Padabhyang, 45 minutes Bring harmony to the entire body with this energizing Ayurveda Aromatherapy foot and leg treatment. Recommended for relieving jet lag, improving circulation and de-stressing after travelling, this experience begins with a foot ritual and continues with a signature massage and a bronze kasa bowl technique to stimulate marma points of the feet and legs using unique oil blends. 5 FACIAL THERAPIES APIVITA - Deep Face Detox, 1 hour A cleansing facial using clay to remove impurities and decongest the skin. It is completed with a lymphatic massage and moisturising mask to boost circulation and improve hydration. Suitable for oily skin. APIVITA - Wine Elixir, 1 hour An anti-ageing and firming facial utilising the powerful antioxidant qualities of red wine. Acupressure diffusion and lymphatic drainage techniques activate skin regeneration, whilst a red wine mask offers a naturally lifting experience. APIVITA - Holistic Radiance, 1 hour A rejuvenating facial for dull and tired-looking skin. It uses an acupressure diffusion technique to invigorate and tone, and a vitamin-rich mask to hydrate and nourish. Suitable for all skin types. APIVITA - Queen Bee Face, 1 hour Restore and firm the skin with this nourishing facial using the beneficial properties of royal jelly and honey. APIVITA s face massage stimulates specific energy points to activate regeneration, whilst the ingredients deeply nourish and revitalise the skin. Subtle Energies - Ayurveda Aromatherapy - Mukha Chikitsa, 1 hour Purify, hydrate and nourish the skin with this holistic facial treatment, which uses a blend of rare ingredients such as Mogra, Saffron and Rose with anti-ageing and relaxing properties enjoyed by the nobility of ancient India and Persia. An aromatic hand and arm ritual is followed by a complete facial cleanse and exfoliation. Completed with a body massage using olive oil infused with essential oils, according to individual needs. Sweet Honey and Yoghurt, 1 hour Intensely hydrating and nourishing treatment utilising the ingredients of APIVITA s Greek honey and yoghurt. Homeopathy, 1 hour A system of medicine using highly diluted substances with the aim of triggering the body s natural system of healing. 9 SPA ETIQUETTE Spa reservations For any enquiries or information regarding the spa, please dial extension number 6100 or press the spa button on your telephone display. Advance bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred time. Thalassotherapy Thermal Suite Complimentary use of the Thalassotherapy Thermal Suite is offered with all spa treatments. If you wish to enjoy the facility without enjoying any of our spa treatments, a nominal fee will apply. Preparation We recommend that you leave all jewellery in the safe in your room before coming to the spa. The spa will not be held responsible for valuables lost within the spa. For men please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved. Arrival Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment to complete the health assessment form, to ensure you do not have any contraindication for your treatment, and to take time to relax in our tranquil surroundings or experience the stimulating facilities prior your treatment. Consultation We invite you to our spa for a private consultation to determine your needs and to allow us to design your treatment experience. Your personalised package will be tailor-made with suitable treatments, techniques and products. Alternatively, one of our specially designed journeys can be selected to offer you the full flavour of the Six Senses Spa offering. In-room treatments Selected treatments are available in the comfort of your room. We would appreciate a 6-hour notice period when booking in-room treatments. In-room treatments carry a 50% service charge and include Holistic, Swedish, Energiser and Oriental Massages, plus Reflexology and Personal Training. After your treatment We recommend that you do not sunbathe after aromatherapy or depilatory waxing treatments for a minimum of 6 hours. Cancellations Please give 12 hours cancellation notice on individual treatments and 24 hours notice on packages, otherwise 50% of the treatment price may be charged to your account. For no shows, 100% of the treatment price will be charged. Children We love children, however, to be able to ensure a spa ambience of wellbeing, it is highly recommended to avoid bringing children from 0-11 years to the spa. Teenagers from can enjoy our treatments under supervision with a guardian. Payment All treatments will be charged to your room and will appear on your account at the time of departure. This refers to guests of Porto Elounda golf & spa resort, Elounda Peninsula ALL SUITE HOTEL and Elounda Mare only. You are welcome to pay by credit card or cash if you prefer. During your stay We have a wonderful selection of nutritional juices, which can be prepared for you to enjoy after your treatment. In consideration of our other valued guests, smoking and active mobile phones are not permitted in the spa s indoor or outdoor facilities at any time. The use of video and photo cameras is strictly forbidden. The spa is a sanctuary of peace and harmony, please be aware of the volume of your voice so not to disturb our other spa guests. Gymnasium The gymnasium is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00. For your own personal safety we ask that shoes are worn when using the gymnasium electrical equipment. When using the gymnasium equipment, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons. Doctor consultation Doctor consultation is available on request
