Please inform your service provider if you are pregnant, suffer from a medical condition, are on medication or are allergic to any products. For your safety and well-being we highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to and during spa therapies. Cancellation Policy Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation/ change and overnight guests please allow 12 hours notice of cancellation. Short notice cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved treatment price or 16 per hour reserved. No shows will be charged at the full treatment cost. Payment You are requested to pay at Le Spa reception desk prior commencement treatment. Credit terms are not accepted. Valuables We recommend that you do not wear any jewellery or valuables for your visit to the Spa. Changing Room Locker Keys For the use of locker keys we require a deposit of 10 upon request. A charge of 25 is applicable for any lost keys. Rules and regulations Treatments not within our standard hours may be provided at an additional charge. If you plan to use the sauna, swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, baths or relaxation area, bathing attire must be worn. In order to provide a relaxing experience to all our guests, we kindly ask you to switch off all cell phones (or place on silent mode), refrain from smoking and that all noise is kept to a minimum.
