These treatments are hands-on and conducted in a sensitive manner by qualified and caring therapists. All of the therapies stimulate the body s own innate self-healing mechanisms. Massage Combining the soothing powers of touch and the skilful manipulation of muscles, tendons and ligaments, massage eases muscular tension, soothes the nervous system and improves circulation and lymph drainage. Reflexology 60 mins 65 By sensitively applying pressure to various points of the feet, the whole body is soothed and comforted and begins to relax quite deeply. The deep relaxation facilitates the body s own healing mechanisms, including circulation, lymph drainage and release of toxins. Indian Head Massage 45 mins 60 This massage works on the head, neck and shoulders, relieving tension and rebalancing energy. Brings an easing of tension and a sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Headaches are relieved, muscles are relaxed and other parts of the body also respond to this treatment. Hopi Ear Candle 60 mins 60 Ear candling assists in the holistic relief of a number of medical conditions. 15 Your Appointment Facilities Credit card details are required to confirm your booking. If you cancel your treatment with less than 24 hour s notice you will be charged 75% of the total cost of the treatment. If you do not arrive for your treatment you will be charged 100% of the cost. Please note that you must arrive 15 mins in advance of the treatment to sign in with the therapist. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of your appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next person. All waxing and tinting requires a patch test 24 hours in advance of the treatment. Please advise us of any health conditions and medication you are taking. Use of the hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna and experience showers are all complimentary with any treatment. Please contact our therapists to advise you of the correct use of these facilities in accordance with your treatment. Facilities are for guests 18 years and older only.
