Centralizers are tested in accordance with API specification 10D which includes testing to ascertain starting force, running force and restoring force comparisons. Stop Collars are available with either grub screw or torsion nail type positive locking mechanisms and can be provided in either latch-on or slip-on configuration for close tolerance applications. Float Equipment also go through a computer controlled API test loop facility which is the only one of its type in Asia and features a high volume facility for simulating realistic down hole conditions to monitor erosion and other effects on the float equipment under extended circulating conditions. Float Equipment test loop facility also incorporates a high temperature high pressure component capable of testing at sustained temperatures in excess of 400 degrees Fahrenheit(204 C) and pressure in excess of 5,000 PSI for testing products in accordance with API RP-10F.
