1 TEL:(+47) NORWAY AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT PO BOX 150 NO-2061 AIP AIRAC SUP 15/16 EFF 21 JUL 2016 Publication date: 02 JUN ENGM - NYE INSTRUMENTINNFLYGINGS- PROSEDYRER FOR OSLO LUFTHAVN, Kansellerer AIP SUP 27/15 En ny type satelittbaserte innflygingsprosedyrer vil være tilgjengelig ved Oslo Lufthavn, Gardermoen Det kreves spesiell godkjenning fra Luftfartstilsynet for å kunne bruke disse prosedyrene Required Navigation Performance - Authorization Required ( AR) AR-prosedyrene som er publisert for Oslo Lufthavn, Gardermoen er basert på designkriteriene i ICAO DOC 9905 Vertikalkomponenten i prosedyrene kommer fra flyets barometriske system og er beskyttet av prosedyrenes Vertical Error Budget (VEB) Radius til fix ()-funksjonalitet er nødvendig for å kunne benytte alle de vedlagte ARprosedyrene Operatører som ønsker å benytte AR -prosedyrene må være sertifisert av Luftfartstilsynet EASA har i tillegg publisert Airworthiness Approval and Operational Criteria for AR operations (AMC 20-26) som gir retningslinjer for sertifisering -prosedyrer Denne AIP SUP inneholder også reviderte versjoner av de eksisterende -prosedyrene til Oslo lufthavn Prosedyrenavnet inneholder nå karakteren Z for å skille prosedyrene fra AR -prosedyrene som benytter karakterene X og W Ingen spesielle krav utover det å være sertifisert for å fly en ENGM - NEW INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURES AT OSLO AIRPORT, Cancels AIP SUP 27/15 A new type of satellite based approach procedure will be available at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen Special authorisation from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority is required prior to operational use of these procedures Required Navigation Performance - Authorization Required ( AR) The AR procedures published at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen are based on the design criteria promulgated in ICAO DOC 9905 The vertical component of the AR procedures is provided by the onboard barometric system and is protected through the application of a Vertical Error Budget (VEB) in the procedure design process Radius to FIX () functionality is required to fly all of the attached AR procedures Operators wishing to utilise the AR procedures must be certified by the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority EASA has published an Airworthiness Approval and Operational Criteria for AR operations (AMC 20-26) procedures This AIP SUP also contains revised versions of the existing procedures at Oslo airport The procedure name suffix Z has been added to the procedures to separate them from the AR procedures which utilise the suffixes X and W No additional requirements beyond being certified AIP SUP also published via internet:
