13 Key Note: What will or what needs to change? The total turnover of logistics spend will double in the next year(s). Rolls-Royce expects to see a drive in the Supply Chain towards kitting & sub-assemblies as an integrated part of the RR Diesels Business. Warehousing close to harbour/dock Necessary expansion possibilities. A shift from deliveries from European countries to Eastern/South European and Far-East countries. A shift from engine shipments from European countries to Far East/South American/Eastern European countries.
